Our check-in was disappointing, but the staff was helpful and friendly, especially the receptionist, Yolanda. She offered us snacks and water for the inconvenience. The other receptionist, the tall young man, was also very friendly and helpful. We can’t blame them for the inconvenience because it is out of their hand. The system was down. Other than that, everything was great! The hotel was very clean; we had a suite. Everything that we needed was just in our grasp. This place is absolutely amazing.

Great place to stay, I did have an little issue, but the staff resolved it quickly and the stay as a whole was great. I am a business traveler and will be staying at this location weekly.

Great property and great price! My family and I stayed for one night. The 2 queen suite was super clean, comfortable and very spacious. The rooms are up to date with mini kitchen area and sitting area. TV has Netflix access (huge plus). The staff was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice and friendly staff. The breakfast was good. Workouts room is clean and free parking a plus.

Excellent hotel

The breakfast was waffles, bagels, cream cheese, juice and cerial. There was sausage patties/egg. They kept it open longer than most hotels. Do yourself a favor and stay here if coming to rowlett or rockwall. We were greeted with a smile and everyone was genuine. So happy we stayed with you.

I had a good stay overall however the work in the room was very shoddy. Shower door handle slammed my finger because there wasnt a bumper up top to stop it. The shower door wouldn't stay closed. Parts of baseboards were missing. Shattered ceramic was in the toilet tank. Why was I in the tank? The water kept filling often in the toilet without flushing. Dishwasher wouldn't shut all the way so it didnt work. I will probably stay again but Ive never seen this many issues with a hotel before but luckily nothing was a deal breaker for me (except slamming my finger maybe) The pool area didnt loom well maintained so we didnt use it.

The carpet was filthy. Could hear people in there rooms. Smelled like weed

The staff was very helpful and supportive. The staff made sure l knew they would be here if l had any needs or concerns. The building was nice. The room was very clean and bright. The view in which l had was great overlooking the pool. I have no complaints. I was here to rest l didn’t use the amenities. I would recommend the stay here. I didn’t have time to eat but the bar looked delicious.

I always choose to stay at home2 when available in they area I am visiting. Will always choose home2. Love the place. I've stayed at maybe 5 different ones in different states and have zero complaints.

Everything was great! Clean n nice

Every thing was excellent. Front desk staff very polite and helpful. Rooms were very clean. I will definitely be back to this location.

We stay at many Hiltons, and this one was not very clean. There was dog smell all over, the hotel tries to cover it up with a strong scent. Our shower did not work; room smelled like mold and beds were very hard. The pool was not kept up, very dirty my kids did not want to get in. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

I loved everything about this hotel

I booked 2 rooms because my mom had to have surgery.. the hospital called the last minute and canceled the surgery. The hotel management would not agree to refund. Under the circumstances I would think they had a enough empathy & compassion not to charge us. That's over $300 that i can't get back..

Very pleasant stay

Room didn’t smell fresh. Sheets had a “slept in” odor.

Staff was excellent!! We loved having the kitchen too!
