The nice lady that checked us in was so professional, and kind hearted. God, bless her! The hotel is my favorite when I visit family in the Dallas area. Thank you for everything, and we will see you all soon. Blessings!

Rooms were clean, but everything was "well used". The ice machines did not work, and in 100+° Texas heat, Ice is needed. The breakfast was not good at all, except for tue pre-packaged yogurt and boiled eggs. The juice was good though!

Very outdated compared to the pictures. Mold everywhere in the restroom and ac unit. Told front desk but really didn’t say much.

Amazing breakfast!

Hotel was dirty in hallways and room furniture and carpet had big stains all over. Plumbing did not work properly - toilets wouldn’t consistently flush and hot water wouldn’t work the first night.

Room was clean, bed was comfy but bathroom had a damaged wall. We ended our stay one day early because the hotel was shutting down the water for 5 hours.

Very clean and the staff was nice

Nice hotel clean basic. Didn’t live up to the online descriptions. Will not be my first consideration, a second option maybe.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, we didn’t ask for anything special but they made us feel like valued customers. We will return.

Air conditioning didn’t quite keep the broom cool during the day fan speed stayed on low

There was exposed wiring in the bathroom and bedside. The shower was peeling and the faucet was loose with no seal. The AC never got to the set temp. Stains on the bed skirt. No laundry bag in the room, when I asked housekeeping for one they referred me to front desk where there was no one to be found… I was planning on resolving at the front desk at check out but there was no one there. When I reached out to customer service, I got an apology and an offer of 1500 points= 1/4 of a nights stay.

Mold on the ceiling. Carpet was always wet and water dripped from the ceiling. Everything seemed to be falling apart.

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and kind. The breakfast had a lot choices. The pool was clean and a lot of fun.

We had a few issues. One was we had a pullout couch bed that was really stained and pretty gross. No one was willing to sleep on it. The shower head had also come apart and also wouldn’t stay on the wall (we had the ada room, so you had to set the shower head down to shower). Bedside lights also didn’t work. The breakfast was good though!

The property was not maintained well at all. I was dirty and chipped paint on the furniture and walls. The carpet was dirty too. The breakfast area had torn seats. The toilet didn’t work in the room. I had to switch rooms after maintenance said they fixed it. The new room bathroom sink water pressure was so high that I got soaked trying to wash my hands. I will never stay here again!

Never cleaned my room or provided fresh towels. Entire carpet in the room was damp my entire stay. Some of the lights didnt work when I turn on the switch

A lot of the light bulbs were out on the lights in the room. Shower wasn’t very clean. While we were sleeping- the top of the bathroom started leaking and pouring out water from the upstairs room. Gross! Cobwebs on the walls and entry ways. Advertised as having a balcony but the balcony was not even accessible and the balcony was filthy and dirty. Windows were gross as well
