Clean, convenient, and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good, coffee was good. Bar was nice. Lovely time walking to and from restaurants and the farmers market- nice area of town. No complaints!

The staff was very friendly, and the location is perfect—within walking distance of so many great restaurants and entertainment options in downtown Royal Oak. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Great place to stay if you want to be close to everything!

Parking was convenient and on site. Check in was easy but they adhered to a strict 3 PM check in. Whole property was very clean and looked brand new. Room was very clean. Staff was very nice. Buffet breakfast was good and there was plenty of seating. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was awesome. Close to restaurants and very clean. The breakfast was so good with lots of options!! Only complaint is we were asked at check in if we wanted housekeeping to come in, we said yes but they didn't come in to clean or drop off new towels. Other than that 5 stars for everything else

The location was perfect for me. I was not able to take advantage of the breakfast amenity. There was nothing that I didn't like about it. The other guests were pleasant and personable. There was a nice area with a bar and snacks to purchase. And, I also appreciated that even though there were lots of people sitting by the bar area, everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves and there was a quiet temperance in the space overall.
