We enjoyed the location, walkable to many shops, coffee, bar, restaurants. Hotel had umbrellas to borrow, nice touch with thunderstorms. Delicious breakfast. Kind and attentive staff were great.

The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious. We enjoyed time in the bar area one evening and the breakfast options were great. The fitness room was also nice. The location is convenient to walk to other downtown businesses and retail. We will stay here again when in town.

The hotel is nice, clean, safe, and quiet for the most part. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location near food and activities. I would def recommend to my friends and family and I’d stay here again whenever I’m in the area.

The Hyatt Royal Oak is a nice hotel situated in the tony suburb of Royal Oak. Our stay was very pleasant. Our room was nice. The breakfast was fine. We didn't use the gym or lounge. The price is higher than I would expect for this type of hotel but there is a dearth of hotel choices in the area. I would stay there if I visit Royal Oak again.

Have stayed here many times. Great location, clean comfortable rooms. Staff helpful. For the second time, despite asking at check in for housekeeping, our room was not cleaned, no fresh towels, no coffee or clean cups and glasses. Front desk unsure how happened but handled situation appropriately with comp cocktails. With the cost of hotels rooms soaring guests deserve fresh everything EVERY day. Make sure front desk knows what you want and remind them in the am when you leave for the day.

Beautiful property in walking distance to everything downtown Royal Oak has to offer. Was very impressed with the breakfast and how well maintained the property was!
