Across from Old South restaurant and near some good walking paths. Front desk manager seemed sick but was working anyway-vector for illness. New room temperature controls are impossible to figure out. In-room instructions are essential. The room was renovated but incompletely. No molding s installed between floor and wall in bathroom

It was a good room, quiet, easy to access and had most of the standard comforts. But it did not have a full length mirror even though there was plenty of room for one. If you are dressing for a professional situation, nice dinner, or a special event, this is a drawback.

The AC in our room would automatically reset to a very cold temp A constant battle to keep from freezing.

I travel very often for work and hotel convenience and cleanliness matter greatly to me. However this trip was about traveling 2,400 miles helping a family member in crisis and it’s the staff here I want to commend. When I booked this hotel I needed a late check out in order to conduct a virtual training webinar for work and needed a quiet space for 3 hours. Morgan the assistant mgr GRACIOUSLY made this possible which was such a relief to me. This hotel was very nice but what really rocked was the 5 star Asst Manager!! Thank you for treating your guests so well.

Under construction, also was assigned to a handicap room. I am 5foot 3 and the shower head was below my chest.

I don’t know if this is a hotel-wide problem or just my room (211), but the bathroom sink drained very slowly as did the bathtub. While I took a shower the water level in the tub rose up over my feet and covered my ankles. Nasty!
