Motel 6 Russellville, AR

The bathtub was dirty. There was no shampoo or body soap. On the positive side, we left early and arrived ahead of schedule.

Price to comfort ratio is acceptable We requested for non smoking room and was given smoking room, though it was resolved after requesting for transfer to another room.

The price was good The room stunk like weed the bed was uncomfortable the cleaning staff was rude and the ac was terrible

Cheap? Stayed for work, was decent enough. Non smoking room reeked of cigarettes but was cleaned each day. Some dude was giving haircuts outside my door, which was...odd. Make that money and all that but he used the loudest clippers I've heard in my life and the door to the hotel had a significant air gap. Made for a very difficult time getting sleep. It's what you pay for, a cheap hotel right next to a highway.

The room was immaculate. Simple but immaculate. It had everything I needed for an overnight stay. The front desk guys were kind and helpful. The accommodated me and my dogs without any issue.

No ac in the rooms. It was so hot and muggy. For the price I should’ve gotten a discount honestly. If I wouldn’t have paid in advance I would’ve gotten a different hotel

I had requested a non smoking downstairs room and was put on the 2nd floor which was a super inconvenience as we were traveling with pets. The smell of the room when we opened the door was atrocious. I actually took my luggage back down to my car so they would not smell. This was clearly an old or current smoking room. I had only booked this hotel due to the fact that they do not charge for animals. I will NEVER do that again. I will happily pay a different hotel's animal surcharge. We couldn't get out of that room soon enough the next day! The smell in the room and the lights were so bright that we didn't even want to have them on!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit run down, but clean. There was a lot of traffic noise. Plenty of parking, but there was broken glass everywhere, which was a problen when we had to readjust our tow dolly.

The owner was avery nice, courteous woman. She seemed.on top of things. Night manager was not nice or professional in appearance or attitude. Specifically requested a ground floor room and received confirmation the request would be honored - arrived and was told he gave that room away. I was placed in what was most likely the most difficult room to reach on the 2nd floor. Had I known - I would have chosen a different place. But, it was too late to not be charged.

For the ac to work better then it does. It was to hot. The ac did not work i had to go buy a fan to be comfortable

NA the chair in the room is old and not very comfortable

The beds were horrible. The air conditioner unit leaked on the floor. It made a terrible noise that would not quit. It was hard to sleep. The little fridge didn't get cold. We made a booking mistake and went back a couple of hours late and they would not let us get our stuff out of our room without paying another night. We are an elderly couple on a fixed income. I explained that I couldn't afford another night. They said that without paying our stuff could not be gotten. They would call they would call the the police.

Good stay, no charging for pets was a definite plus. Would definetly stay there again when I'm in the area.

It was cheap and well lit up. The room we were in looked like it was refreshed but fairly cheaply. The bed wasn’t horrible. It’s a cheap hotel stay that was pretty clean. The shower head didn’t work and the toilet was clogging. Again, it was a really cheap hotel so it’s hard to criticize harshly when you weigh in price.
