Best Western Capital City Inn

Breakfast was amazing and had multiple options! Started my day of great. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was accommodating and polite. Location was hard to get too off of I-5 but worth it in price and location.

I like the size of the television the sinks were older modeled the shower was older modeled the furniture was old ! The smell wasn’t fresh the price was reasonable if the property was a little more updated. I found hair on one of the towels. They have bar soap other hotels have liquid soap. I didn’t eat the breakfast . The parking was good.

The description of the hotel online was incorrect. The location was unsafe. The floors and beds were dirty. Elevator stopped working Sunday.

WOW!! I honestly do not know where to start. We had a family emergency and came into town around 3am after a 10 hour drive. There was a gentlemen that was extremely helpful and welcoming when we arrived and made sure that we had everything that we needed. After a short rest we went down for breakfast and it was perfect way to get our day started. The milk was ice cold, eggs & sausage were perfect for our sandwiches. The only thing I will say is that I wish there was some fruit available but not a big deal. Now for the ROOM the beds were so comfy, bathroom, sheets, and the rest over the room was very clean. Thank you to all of the overnight staff and morning receptionists that helped us and accommodated my families needs. I will also say it’s close to the freeway and while we were there we felt safe and comfortable. See you soon.

Good breakfast Location and I really think mattresses should be upgraded to something more comfortable. The rooms have thin walls. We could hear the people upstairs walking in their rooms. Also, the elevator button to go down was broken. Aside from that, the staff was very nice and friendly and the breakfast was very generous.

No refund

I accidentally booked the room for the wrong date. I was fully refunded a few hours later. They were very helpful.

Clean and quiet

The toilet in our room didn’t work had to used a plunger to flush the toilet.. the hallway smells like cigarettes the carpet had black stains of dirt the food was horrible..
