The room was cheap, and I was able to check-in after 1 a.m. local time. Other than that, I was thoroughly unimpressed. The night attendant did not provide very friendly customer service. When I asked if the Motel 6 had a continental breakfast, the night attendant essentially said, "This is a Motel 6, what do you expect, why don't you go to Denny's for breakfast." Thankfully, there was a Denny's that shared a parking lot with the Motel 6. Next, the floor of my room was literally crawling with bugs. I had to squash about a dozen bugs before I felt comfortable crawling into my bed. Thankfully, the bugs were just on the floor and not in the bed (I think). Finally, my room reeked of smoke. The smell of smoke was so heavy that it was difficult to breath inside the room. I would not recommend this Motel 6 to someone else.

Privacy Check out and check in delays Shower curtain were fabric and Didn’t soak up.bathroom got extremely wet after shower. Some rooms had insects and roach infestation

We had roaches in the room and I’ve tried calling the hotel to get my deposit back but nobody ever answers.

Found cockroaches crawling across the bed side table and the whole room smelled like smoke (it was supposedly a smoke-free room). We had to leave since there were no extra rooms available.

Don’t be fooled by the rating. This place is poorly run, dirty, and potentially unsafe. The tags of “loved by families” is misleading. This place looks more like a place rated in the 5-6 range. There are times to stay in these places for various reasons- but it should be properly represented in a 3rd party platform.

That it was close to our purpose Staff- in fairness, she did the best she could. But it took a while before she was able to assign us a room. My guess is there was no house keeping available to clean the room. There was a guy who came to the office i did not expect him to be one of the staff because he wasn’t dressed appropriately- untidy, pants with holes. But he was helping the front office staff. Location- doesn’t look safe Room- was not cleaned, bed is not made as expected ( wrinkled and made by someone not doing it on a regular basis ) , AC was on a full blast like someone just left.

1: The hotel had a strong odor of weed (mariguana) that we have to go a request an odor control supply form the lobby. It was so bad, and we were very concerned about the people that were all over the parking lot smoking. 2:?The room didn’t had any personal adminities like bathroom shower items, coffee supplies, ect. 3: We found bugs and roaches on the bathroom and on the room walls. I have proof of it. 4: No TV to watch, I called the lobby and they told that it was blocked from them because the property will be for sale soon. So, no tv for my daughter. 5: I spoke to the manager at the check out and bring it to her attention and she told me to let you know because I booked trough you and not with them directly. 6: We thought to have a restful night after a long day, it turned into a huge nightmare and without sleep because of all the outside noice and disappointment from the management’s inability to help to provide the basic needs to travelers. Ok Roaches

my husband was doing a Spartan near Mahon Ranch so the location of the Motel 6 was very convenient, and it was cleaner than other Motels I’ve been to. This is obviously a motel where women of the night are brought to because during late night hours, you can see people coming in and out, dressed very provocatively, so it didn’t make me or my spouse feel safe at all. There was also a man a couple doors down from our location who was yelling and screaming with his door wide open and it seemed like he was having like a psychotic episode. The front desk was extremely rude and they have this weird rotation with their towels. I’m assuming the towels get stolen a lot because of the women who are working maybe they are taking them or something, but we weren’t given many towels upon our stay and we needed a few more just to get two more towels was a hassle. We were being questioned left and right over some TOWELS, it was really annoying and frustrating to say the least and as soon as we arrived, the floor was like very sticky. If you’re somebody who walks around your house or walks around your hotel rooms usually barefoot this is something that would’ve annoyed you. I don’t know who cleaned the hotel room before we got there, but they clearly did not mop because there was like a film all over the floor.

It was close to the hospital where my wife needed emergency surgery. The facilities were dirty, filled with pot smoke and had trash and linens all over the grounds. Basic toiletries are not provided. I was told to go to the grocery store down the street for soap and shampoo.
