I’m on the no rent list now because of a lie but it’s all good I’m moving into my home so what goes around comes back around .

I ARRIVE KN FRIDAY JULY 17 OM 66 DISSBLE WITH CANE DUR A FULL REPLACEMENT 15 MOMTHS AGO. IT DODENT SAY IF YR DISABLE YOU CANT GO UPSTAIRS DUE THEY SAID I WAS A LIABILITY! THAT THEY CANT HAVE STAY ,I STARTING CRYJNG OM 66 MY 2ST MIMI VACATI K N YO SWIM DUE MY HOP REPLACEMENT 03/2025,,3 DAYS I NOTIFIED TGE OFFICE LETTJNG THEM MY MKMI REFRIGERATOR WAS LEAKJNG WENT SWIM. I went to the front desk to let the office know.Have maintenance check.out my room. I went to swim. Hot back to my hotel room 2 1/2- hrs. I SLIP FELL HAD MY CELL ON BIDRO BY ACCIDENT. NOTIFIED UCDF SPOKE TO MY DR ASDIST . THEY SENT ME A LETTER. SHOW PROOF TGEY REIMBURSED FIR 2 NITE . I NEED ALL 3 NITES TO BE REIMBURSED. ASAP

The person at the check-in desk did not greet me politely when I enter to the office, at the time to checked out omy room, she did not gave me a receipt, when I checked out on time my room, and when I asked for a receipt she looked annoyed , and asked me if I wanted one, and when I thanked her she ignored me.

Staff is flexible and understanding!!

I have stayed at many motel 6’s along the way and this is by far one of the nicest I’ve ever stayed at!

One of the best Motel 6 locations I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and offered excellent value for the price. The rates were very affordable, and I had a great overall experience. I would definitely stay here again.

We were given a choice of an upstairs room or downstairs, he was very nice to us but there was no bath towel in the room so my husband went and got 2 very thin and small towels I used one of my bj instead

I was worried at check-I’m because the staff member was not polite, kind nor helpful. Very disappointing. However, all subsequent staff were wonderful. Great price for clean and comfortable room. Property looked well taken care of overall although the pool didn’t look ready to use unfortunately, so we skipped that. Shower pressure was challenging, the shower handle needs maintenance adjustment but we were able to make it work. Great price for the stay. We were there to see the University which was walking distance so for us, great stay.

I like that it had a microwave in the room compared to a lot of the motel six is over the 30 years and negative thing is I had to keep my trash in my room overnight because there’s only one dumpster that’s out in the back usually there’s like at least a trashcan about a couple of feet or so of my room and I don’t have to keep trash in it, but the maids were very helpful and clean just some of the personalities of the staff could be a little bit more accommodating, but besides that it could be worse

I checked in at 9pm Saturday night hoping for a hot bath and a bathroom. My house is under construction and I just needed access to a bathroom for two nights. I told the front desk attendant at check in. I settled into my room… ready for my hot bath and the water didn’t work. Went back down to front desk.. advised that the whole motel’s water was shut off due to pipe issues and should only be about twenty minutes. The water didn’t come back on until 1:30pm the next day! I told the front desk I wanted either a refund or a comp extra night. The gal told me not to worry. This morning, when I went to confirm my free night for tonight, I was advised that “the manager” only approved 50% off and that since I booked thru Hotels.com they couldn’t help me further. HOW CAN A MOTEL NOT REFUND IN FULL WHEN THEY HAD NO WATER FOR GUESTS TO BATHR FOR OVER 12 HOURS???!!! And WHY do motes treat us like 2nd rate guest when we book thru booking agencies?!! I am EXTREMELY disappointed and will NEVER book this MOTEL 6 Sacramento Center again. Do not stay here if you want expected customer service!!!

the room was very badly ventilated and smells very bad the check in has to be at 3 pm and then they called me next day to leave at 11 am !! and told me this is the Motel policy!

Rooms were very clean and comfortable.
