My room had a weird smell and the shower was still dirty.

The key cards did not work well or really at all. As soon as I checked in and was given my key cards I went to use them for my room and mother key card worked. I went back to the front desk and instead of giving me new key cards the person just reassigned my room. This really didn’t fix the problem as even in the new room the key cards would work maybe 15%of the time on the first try. I usually had to reinsert the key card multiple times before being able to get into my room. When I brought this up to the front desk again they didn’t give me new key cards but assigned my room to the key cards again with the explanation that “the door thinks I’m a new person since the key card is multi use”. One day close to my departure the key cards stopped working again. The manager said it was due to my wallet having a RFID blocker. I’ve never had that issue with any other key card at other hotels. I honestly just don’t think this location is worth it for the price I was charged.

Every staff member is helpful and quick to help! Raley’s and CVS is walking distance and Mel’s Diner is close as well.

Great place to stay in Sacramento. Loved the full fridge. The bed was a bit hard.

Wish the breakfast started earlier but it’s not the in and out motel it’s extenda stay so can expect 14/7 breakfast

There was no continental breakfast. What they did have was rotten milk and coffee. Hotel smelled like rotten mold. We were very disappointed. Looked like we were going to get robbed not what is shown on the website at all. False advertising

Staff was great, room wast dated and worn out. Tiles popped in the bathroom and the AC unit was so loud. Over all was a good experience, the place was nice and clean. Oh ya and bring your own pillow, they have these half sized ones.

The rooms were clean. I’ve stayed here before a few months back but for some reason my room felt really outdated and the bed was really uncomfortable and was lumpy. The carpets looked like they needed some cleaning or an upgrade. The continental breakfast has gone down significantly. It was frozen bagels, burritos, and some fruit that were ready for fermentation. Staff were helpful and the gym was okay.

Very nice property and lots of space and amenities for the price. Nice neighborhood with eateries and a Mall within walking distance. A slightly older building but well maintained. The front desk staff were very friendly and maintenance crew also. We didn't have a need to call the front desk or maintenance for anything. Only stayed one night but would stay again if coming to the area. Felt safe and used Lyft to get around.

Comfortable and clean in a great location. Ice maker did not work, breakfast was awful.

Location Have stayed here several times in the past 12 years. Seems to have gone downhill. Used to welcome you with warm cookie, have feather topper mattress, and good breakfast. Now the floors are sticky, faucets drip, no welcome snack, breakfast was a joke. No cereal, yogurt, napkins. Had a prepackaged bagel and checked out.

The rooms are very unkempt and out dated. The laminate was peeling off the shelves. They have a thick crinkly mattress protector that makes noise every time you move. (Usually a sign they’ve had bedbug problems). The door is super thin and you can hear others in the hallway leaving. The police escorted people out last night being belligerent, but seemed to be giggling along with the people they escorted out. The only thing nice was the full size fridge, but other than that…it was awful. Do not recommend a stay here.
