The king / queen suite was nice it had good amenities. The parking was safe and the laundry was helpful. The staff was nice. The breakfast was handy but lack luster.

The room had a strange smell

Rooms are large and mine had a little kitchen which is nice.

Breakfast is a disappointment. Microwaved food is unappealing and with other hotels that offer breakfast I would choose those over this hotel if fares are the same. I like staying at Larkspur, and it’s convenient, but when on the go in the morning I need more than microwaved food.

Problem with the surrounding area and unhoused using the parking lot as a path to somwhere. property internally it's beyond gently used and breakfast is lack luster.

The room was very clean and provided all of the amenities we needed. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel provides excellent security.

Room was clean, elevator was filthy parking lot not very well lit. On Expedia says free self parking but they charge $15 per night for security is what the hostess said. No security in sight and plus you can just park at the closed restaurant for free

This was a great location with a full residential refrigerator, two burner stove and service for four. Perfect for our trip and early check in by staff made our day. I would love to see upgrades to breakfast.

I called about shuttle service from the airport and the guy did not know anything about it. When we got to the hotel it smelled really bad. The hallways smelled horrible like cigarettes, mildew and old food mixed together. The room smelled like straight cigarettes. This was not a good experience and I wish I would have chosen a different hotel. Oh and the worst part was their “breakfast” which was a refrigerator with frozen breakfast food that we had to put in the microwave. In all the hotels I’ve ever been to this was the worst. I’ve never had microwaved breakfast. This was the laziest and cheapest way to serve people.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The room is in dire need of refurbishing lots of chipped paint. There was only one kleenex in the box and not enough towels. The front desk staff was cheerful and helpful and other staff were also. The pick-up breakfast was okay, a tasty breakfast burrito and yogurt. We have been staying here for years since it is close to friends, but we've seen the property diminish. We may look for somewhere else next year.

Our stay was short but it was nice, especially for the price. My only complaint was the bed was little too hard for my liking. Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay!

Very dated furniture in bathroom and kitchen. Excellent bed. Awesome breakfast selection.

Room was clean but very old and needs a face lift. The curtains need replacing, stains and cigarette holes. One window had a builder hole in the bedroom window. The place is very convenient to Rales grocery store,CVS, Starbucks and restaurants.

Conveniently located, quiet location with competent and courteous staff. Reasonably clean. Cabinets in bathroom and kitchen are worn. Basic breakfast with prepackaged items.

A worked very well. It was great to have a full sized refrigerator. Also had a stove. Only problem with that was there were no pots and pans. I guess you have to ask for them. Staff was very accommodating and kind. We enjoyed our stay.

Parking charges was little surprising here.

Things to Improve: No cooking pots / pans / enough plates / bowls. Bad: Breakfast was extremely bad with poor choices. All they have is frozen eggs, frozen waffles, frozen buritto. Horrible feeling to start the day. They should get rid of these frozen items and serve decent breakfast - muffins, pancakes, scrambled eggs, waffles, hashbrowns
