Conveniently located, quiet location with competent and courteous staff. Reasonably clean. Cabinets in bathroom and kitchen are worn. Basic breakfast with prepackaged items.

A worked very well. It was great to have a full sized refrigerator. Also had a stove. Only problem with that was there were no pots and pans. I guess you have to ask for them. Staff was very accommodating and kind. We enjoyed our stay.

Parking charges was little surprising here.

Things to Improve: No cooking pots / pans / enough plates / bowls. Bad: Breakfast was extremely bad with poor choices. All they have is frozen eggs, frozen waffles, frozen buritto. Horrible feeling to start the day. They should get rid of these frozen items and serve decent breakfast - muffins, pancakes, scrambled eggs, waffles, hashbrowns

I enjoyed my stay the only thing was the pillows they where worn down. But I will stay again.

Our small suite was very workable and we enjoyed it. The hotel is well located, though it lacks for a restaurant and bar; there is a Mel's in the parking lot, but they do not have a bar. That said, a Raley's and several restaurants were within reasonable walking distance. One small complaint; our bed did not have a nightstand on one side, so, charging phones, placing glasses, etc. was a mess.

Pillows and the blancket can be upgraded.

Wish property was in a better neighborhood. Also still haven’t gotten my security deposit returned, which was requested at check in. I usually use Larkspur Landing in Roseville, which never ask for a security deposit

Our overall stay was very good. We would stay here again and recommend it to others. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is close to entertainment, eateries and walking trails.

When had 2 rooms for the weekend. One room was fine, no issues. One room wasn't clean out properly. No dish soap and toilet paper, that was the least of my worries. Kitchen was alright, not enough dishes to use. The bathroom wasn't clean out; shower curtain smell so bad that I had to ask them to replace it and it helped a bit. They need to replace the outside shower curtain too! There was dead bugs in the bathroom. Breakfast was fine, just grab and go food. Staff was friendly. DEFINITELY need to update everything!

The hotel was in a decent location and near highways and grocery stores, plus lovely walks along the American River. They didn't have any ice buckets, which was odd, and my room was under or near a laundry room so there was a constant rumbling of washing machines and tumble dryers.

Front desk lady very rude and condescending to customers. The only her guy was clearly uncomfortable working with her. Almost seemed afraid of her. Lots of homeless people around property. Hallways smelled like cigarettes. Emergency exit blocked. Room dirty, especially bathroom.. random people’s hair everywhere dirty a huge cockroach crawled on my son’s foot while he was sitting on the toilet. Dead not secured flipped up, and my husband fell on the floor when he sat on the end of it very uncomfortable.

When I first showed up and spoke with the receptionist, she was amazing. She was super sweet and helpful. I have no complaints there but once I got to my room it smelled horrible like musty or rotten sewer smell. I turned the shower on and got nothing but cold water and not a high enough pressure to be willing to shower. The other problem was the bed definitely needs to be replaced. I struggled to sleep and woke up multiple times not only from the bed but also the noise you can hear from the hallway. The doors are definitely not sound proof at all. Overall honestly I would not stay there again.
