Reviews

This facility was completely closed down and fenced off, so quit an inconvenience.
-
Privacy of the facilities. They are closing and transitioning to a new location. This review probably doesn’t even matter.

Staff and the room both were amazing I wish there was a working pool and jacuzzi.

Very clean and spacious room

- Large double bed exist inside the room, which can allow you for a pleasant sleep. - Effective AC system and very easy to control by yourself in terms or cooling or heating. - Room is overcharged for availability of kichenate, which was not needed and could save a lot of money. - The breakfast was poor with limited items, closes too early on working days (9AM), and desposable plates/utensils were offered! - Despite that half night was charged for a cancelled night, yet was not granted with late check-out to go directly to airport. - The room was having a strange smell upon entering causing inconvenience for visitors. - Limited toleteries were provided for bathing. - Curtains do not close properly. Thus, allowing for light to penetrate and compromise privacy to some extent.

The room was large with a very well appointed kitchen and nice bathroom, though the toilet/shower area was dimly lit. The grounds were well maintained. The breakfast was very good.

I like the condominium feel as opposed to a hotel room. the property was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. the location was perfect for my needs. I was disappointed that the pool was out-of-order as it was 104 degrees when I checked in.

The buildings were older but the rooms were updated and very clean. All of the staff was very nice. I had a lot of difficulty with the card reader on my door and had to get new keys almost daily and then try them multiple times before they would work. Aside from that annoyance, it was a great stay.

The breakfast was surprisingly good.

There was no internet connection in my suite and the hotel's technicians could do nothing when I called other than give me a case id number.

The kitchen staff was incredibly kind - we don’t eat pork for religious reasons, and we had asked if there was any further turkey sausage left because the sign had just changed to pork - she said no - we didn’t ask any further just said thank you, that’s ok. We were so surprised when later, she kindly sought us out and let us know she had put some extra turkey in the oven for the kids. There were 2 people at the desk - and yet check-in took us over one hour! Because of this we will not return. We had already provided a credit card and done the advanced forms. When manager finally came, she literally checked us in in about 3 minutes - and she kindly upgraded our room as well which was a sweet response. However, we were late to our engagement, because we needed to drop off the suitcases to make enough room in the car to carry passengers. We did appreciate the clean rooms and the set up of the location, but our room also had a very musty smell, my kids thought it was cat pee? We left windows open. You definitely have some people working there work hard and are very professional, but whoever was working desk at 3 o’clock on Saturday needs more training because an hour for check-in is not OK.
