Courtyard by Marriott Sacramento Cal Expo

Pool area, bar

Clean room

The sofa bed is terrible and the room close to pool is very noisely

Exceptional

Very outdated property

Room was well maintained and super-comfy bed. Very quiet, too, even though my room was on the back side. The trains that go by seem to stop at like 10:30 at night, and I never heard them except when I was outside in the parking lot. My room (247) needs to have the artwork in the bathroom re-matted, as the steam in the bathroom obviously has affected the white mat. Otherwise, I love this hotel and stay here whenever I'm in Sacramento.

The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout my visit. Customer service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was comfortable and inviting. I also appreciated the convenient parking and easy access to nearby restaurants, attractions, and major roadways. Overall, I had a very positive experience at the Courtyard Sacramento Cal Expo and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sacramento for business, an event at Cal Expo, or a weekend getaway.

Everything I needed was in the room, very convenient. Thank you!

Great experience

I stayed here for two nights. The AC unit worked fine the first night, but when I returned from a conference on the second day, it had stopped working entirely. Pressing the power button did nothing. When I called the front desk for help, I was placed on hold for quite some time, so I eventually gave up and hung up. I had to crack a window just to get some air circulating. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but the broken AC and lack of front desk support were disappointing.

Dinning area, size

I was really impressed with the extremely nice staff. That was a big plus! Also, the hotel was clean and in a great location. Right off of the freeway. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

It was a great stay.

Amazing place we stay here every year for events in the city at least 2 times a year

good

It was a clean room helpful staff good location for our itinerary

The hotel was very very nice and i enjoyed the stay. Food from the bar was very good and the staff was so helpful. Will come back for sure.

The bathroom shower was not well maintained. The location was right off highway however felt unsafe.

Exceptional

Ryan and Maribel were so amazing and professional. I appreciate whoever hired them.. they are definitely a good representation of the company.
