The young man at the front desk was very nice and friendly. He really made my stay wonderful. His name was Darius.

It was a former motel 6.

Roaches, roaches, roaches. Discovered after office closed for the night. Office didn’t open until 9AM and I had an early departure. Called the next day and sent a message through my original booking on Expedia. No response. The cockroach situation was bad. They clearly have people on vouchers and other people living there with no plan for dealing with the residue issues that come up. First time in 20 years I’ve had a problem at a M6. I don’t advise staying here. I slept in the only corner that I didn’t find cockroaches. The sink backing up (I never turned it on) was minor compared to the roaches.

The room stinked and there was roaches everywhere. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. It’s affordable yes but you’ll almost certainly be sleeping with roaches
-
It was nice more or less but there was a roach in the bathroom that I had to kill so I wouldn't really recommend staying here

Stayed one night got a 2 bed room, because there was 2 adults . The room had towels for 2 people but only 1 washcloth. Checked in around 3:30pm to make sure no issues with reservation but ended up waiting for clerk to find a room, Since ours was apparently taken or given away. Seemed ok, area was close to Arden mall and freeway. Went around and did errands then had dinner came back plenty of parking but the sidewalk and pathways smelled like urine (human and pets). I guess they put us next to residents who where living there and they all sat outside by the stairs from 9 to past midnight talking loud and yelling, we were leaving at 6am didn't get much sleep. And also ac was barely working but temperature was 60 but felt like 70. Luckily I bought a little fan to help me feel cool. Price was cheap but would not stay there again due to the residents living there.

I love the stay fell very comfortable

Thank God the front desk was closed - so I didn't have to stay there...

The staff was very helpful especially the young man at the front desk I think his name is Darius. And the manager too.

The room was decent, however, I did not expect that many of the other rooms were used as a more permanent stay for unhoused individuals. The first night the neighbor was up until 4:00 am yelling, screaming, and having arguments. I was surprised that shampoo, conditioners, body soap was not included with the stay. All is provided is 2 small bars of soap. I was also surprised that housekeeping did not come to clean the room when I was out most of the day. Numerous cars in the parking lot that looks to be abandoned. I would not stay here again.

The door didn’t fit in the doorway, the kitchen sink gurgled and spilled bubbles up and out of the drain randomly, and there were roaches. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great value The office hours
-
Location confortable bed amenities Smell of cigarettes, no quiet hours enforced. Roaches, no extra toilet paper no blow dryer, needed more towels and the main door were bent. Ac filters need replacement

I had to wash everything before I could use it. The website says they have kitchen supplies that they would loan but it should say they will rent it to you. Whoever is running the place is looking to charge the guest for everything

This was the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel in my lifetime. The stairways were dirty. When we arrived in our room, we found little black flies dead in the bathroom sink. When I reported it to the front desk, I was told they didn't have control if I had my room door open but stated they would put in a work order. I never heard from anyone. When I called to the front desk requesting toilet paper, I was told their order had not arrived, however they would have housekeeping locate a roll of toilet paper and deliver it to my room. I never heard from anyone. We had to go to Walmart to purchase our own toilet. The vent is the bathroom was hanging loose from the ceiling. There were people hanging around that seemed homeless. I have photos I would like add to this review.

The Office was only open from 9am to 10 pm. No security guards. A lot of unhoused people were staying there. There was a guy pimping girls. Someone pulled the fire alarm and the fire department came to turn it off. Our neighbor break his window due to if you get locked out at night you are are out of luck until 9:00am and on top of all of that the hotel was out of toilet paper and some guests were told you had to order it. This hotel should be removed from your website as it is a very unsafe place.

Just 3 words: avoid this place

The room was nice and clean. Mia the employee who checked me in was amazing! To much noise. Had to wait over 30 minutes to have management release my room due to some type of issue with the previous guest. At around 11:30pm a fire alarm went off and woke me up and nobody could explain what was going on since you have no staff after 10pm which I find very disturbing. What if we had a fire or real emergency, nobody would be able to assist us with anything but ourselves, not cool.

Had to buy toilet paper because they were out for almost the entire week that I was there. Also, the key cards decided to stop working and since it was after 10pm both times, I had to sleep in my car. The staff was very unhelpful and stated that the managers are the only ones that could issue a refund or compensate for new nights but they live in another country. Also, not very clean. And it was very hard to get new towels in a timely manner. Waited a whole day for new towels.
