Studio 6 Extended Stay Sacramento Arden Way CA

Used to stay at that location all the time I probably will never ever stay there again, but I will say that management and staff were very kind and helped the best they possibly could. That’s the only thing that place has going for itself.

This motel is close to Arden Fair, a good sized shopping mall, and also not too far from SMF airport. Only caveat with the room I had, one of the windows must have broken and was plastered over with what looked like a piece of drywall -- unless they were fully booked, I would have wanted a room without such a defect.

Nothing staff are awful, kitchen without dishes and one has to pay if wants to use dish. Unsafe area, visitors shouting and having problem and the staff don’t intervene.

Not really an extended stay but instead a motel 6 with many long term poor residents.

I love that it has the kitchen. I’d say still one of my favorite hotels. It’s super quiet. I would say, it used to be waaaay better than it is now. Due to people actually living there. And not being clean , smells bad , homeless wandering out on property. Had to change my room because it smelled like dog and wet dog at that , on top of animal pee smell. I’m allergic. (Rm 229). The people next door and below has animals .

I loved it because I was able to cook and made me feel like I was at home living in a weekly like I do right now.It just feels comfortable to know it's like home.

I didnt like the bldg its self it could of had a short walk way to the other side of the hotel so the elevator was not helpful.

i wasn't expecting a 5star hotel, but when i booked it because of the "kitchenette" i expected kitchen supplies. there were no plates, pots, utensils, towels, dishwashing soap- nothing. went to office and young (16-18 looking gal) told me they had recently been sold and supplies were extra??? nothing on hotels.com or motel6 website indicates kitchen was not stocked. thankful for another women in the office who offered me a couple of her on plastic forks and some paper plates and cups so i could at least eat the salad i had brought with me and make instant coffee in the morning. , the usb port on lamp by beside did not work. mattress was very very soft/old leaving an indent when i got up. fridge and microwave did work fine. comfortable recliner, tho i wasnt there that long. appreciated on site security guard.

First the location was awful on the side of the highway, second this place serves the homeless that actually live there through the government, third abandoned vehicles all around the parking lot people sleeping in cars, dirty and trashy.

What was fine was that like many city hotels house many Low income people (more that visitors it seemed) the families and elder and handicapped were all very nice and no problem for me. were fine bwas not great was the are has a lot of

We arrived before the 3 pm check in time but was allowed to check in and got a room at the time we arrived. The room was spacious very clean. It was equipped with a regular size fridge, a stove and microwave. The tv had cable channels. The staff was professional and there was security. i would stay again

Well i show up for my reservation and the office lights are off and no staff no where I booked online.there was a phone outside that said pick up after hours so I did 10 time I tried to reach a yone but nothing

There was some altercations with some of the guests but the hotel can't control that and in the bathroom of the room it smells like cigarette

No glasses, coffee machine, plates or other kitchen stuff

The no-smoking room smelled horrible of smoke in the carpets. The toilet was not clean. There are a lot of people staying in this hotel that is transitioning or coming from homelessness. The parking lot is dirty. I also saw some drug dealing in the parking lot. I was concerned about my truck being broken into. The smell in the was horrible, and I will not stay at this hotel again. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they are homeless.
