No AC. They had makeshift ac units in every room which were very loud and not as effective as central air. Sacramento in heat wave so not ideal. Lobby super hot. No ac is their MO because front desk said not unusual and had fans. Also, long wait at check in because not enough front desk staff. Definable, not what youd expect from a hilton

It was a great stay overall!

The hotel needs to be renovated. The room was nice but we were placed in our first room (checked in late- around 11pm). Got to our room and then went to use the restroom and the toilet would not flush. Called downstairs immediately and was told I needed to go get the key myself and they would put us in a new room. Being at this point 12:30am felt frustrating and I had to go downstairs in my PJ's to get a new key to change rooms for an issue we did not cause. Went downstairs and had to wait for help because they were short staffed and dealing with an issue. Overall once helped the staff was friendly but I was frustrated with the stay overall and the lack of customer service received.

A simple one night stay. Used no amenities due to our own time restraints. The AC was truly taxed due to 100* temps outside and our room couldn’t/wouldn’t cool down, but the bed was comfy enough.

I expected more from the Hilton. The rooms were old and needed to be remodeled. The shower was old and the curtain in the bedroom wouldn’t open.

Rooms were clean and location close to many different points of interest. Would stay again.

This was a business trip layover. I have stayed here before and decide must give kudos to the amazing staff. Front desk, Julia at the bar… everyone was amazing. Internet was perfect, food and drinks accessible and I even was granted a late check out. It all felt easy. I was able to conduct my business within a space of calm. Love it here! Perfect for staycations as well.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clesn. The resteraunt only opened once during my stay. The food at the bar was not good. My coffee bar in the room was not restocked on my 3rd day and there really should be a coffee bar in the lobby. This was a Hilton, I was disappointed.
