Spaciousness of hotel lobby. Like the fact you have dining and breakfast on site. Great customer service. No shuttle to train station available.

Bed was comfortable. Onsite restaurant (dinner options) was convenient, and the food was good. The in room AC wall control was not working. A stand-alone, floor cooling unit was working, but could not keep up with the high temperature during the day. Maintenence workers were helpful to bring an extra box fan. Their troubleshooting was appreciated.

I reserved for my granddaughter, husband and newborn. They were very pleased with the room & property. They felt safe & comfortable for their overnight stay.

Per usual a great stay and great staff

The location everything was great. The aircon was not working properly that the whole family was sweating that night. And there was a lot of hair left on the hair dryer. The conditioner and body lotion ran out and one of the bottle fell off when we tried to use it. Luckily we brought some with us.

If your air conditioner worked then it could have been better because my son had a hard time sleeping and my husband and I had to manually fan him ourselves ! Also the bathroom could have been cleaned better.

It is a good Hotel, but a bit dated when compared o other Hilton Hotels. It is just a bit aged and needs some TLC.
