The construction made it hard to find the lobby, but everything else was great.

Housekeeping doesn't know how to make a bed! There was a hair on the wall of the bathtub, it stayed there the entire LENGTH of my stay.

This was a funny stay because we only needed a place to rest for a few hours and Double Tree was happy to accomodate!

The room was nice, as I expected by researching prior to booking my stay. The beds were comfortable. The location was the opposite side from the lobby which was better and easier to park The front of the complex check-in drive section was under construction, blocked off, with caution tape in front of the building. The signage in front was inadequate. The door to my building from the parking lot wouldn't unlatch at the top and had to be force pulled very hard to gain access. It was that way the whole weekend from Friday through Sunday afternoon. Several of my friends rooms had no water in their rooms on Saturday, the day of our gala, with no notice and they couldn't reach the front desk by phone. The bar / lounge was full and busy Saturday night and they did last call at midnight instead of 2 AM. By the time our gala downstairs was over at 11 PM and we went to freshen up in our rooms and then meet at the lounge, last call had already happened.

Very rude manager koji rude staff poor customer service . Hotel under renovation and s not posted on the website. Very confusing route since parking and entrances are blocked. Small restaurant for such a huge hotel. Unsafe surroundings and nothing was accessible by walk

The check in signage was a little lacking since the main entrance is under renovation other than that our stay was great! The room was newly renovated, clean, quiet and we of course enjoyed the fresh cookie and bottles of water! The location was perfect for our accessing our fundraiser in the Hagenwood area and our overnight stay.

The water was disconnected to my wing of the hotel room for an hour, and NO compensation was made! (no food, restaurant, bar or $ compensations). They did not even offer the $3 water bottles in the room for us to drink.

Our room was clean, but we could hear the hallway noise along with the ice machine outside our room ALL night long!

There is not much to do. The restaurant only serves Breakfast and Dinner. Bar is closed until 5. Snackbar has old pastries. The food was less than good. Dont plan to eat here.

To much construction and lack of adequate amenities…

The entire front off the property is blocked off with yellow tape,. You can’t park nor enter the property there so are directed to a bizarre side door with limited lightning. Parking is limited. This situation was not ADA compliant. If you are considering staying here you should call and ask if there is handicap parking and a ramp to enter and ask if all construction is complete. Property reno looks nice however the people staying there were just, not the classiest. The vibe was….not good.

Friendly staff and the room we stayed was spacious. The hotel rigt now is going through remodeling/construction for their main lobby and it was hard to find the temporary entrance. They need better signage to indicate where the lobby entrance is.

The inside entry area is very nice. The rooms definitely need to be updated. The balcony needs to be updated pillows need to be changed. The bathtub is definitely outdated. I just feel like things need to be brought up-to-date. The flooring was really nice. The carpet had a little smell. Definitely a clean fresh scent fragrance. Carpet cleaning updating the bathtub in the bathroom things I feel like need to be updated. It’s a nice hotel but it can be nicer. Didn’t realize it was across the street from Arden Mall. You would think it would be a nicer hotel. There were two young ladies I seen in the window naked for a minute I thought prostitution. Not sure.
