It wasn't bad. It was just okay.

The A/C in the room had very low output, and the elevator was out of order for one of my two days stay. A security had to carry my trunk of goods I needed for the day and he kept walking away for me with my belongings. Once we got on the ground floor, I had to stop him from walking away from me again then just told him to stop and put it down for which he was hesitant to do so. I told him it had wheels and I could take over.

There was a hole in the wall when we checked in. I went to shower the shampoo was empty. In the morning when I woke up there was a cockroach in my bed. I tried asking for credits or a refund or my $ back and they said they can’t because I booked with Expedia.

Newly renovated. Updated. Clean. Cold ac. Comfy bed. I would stay here again.

Our room was very nice, clean & well-appointed. Our check-in was great and we especially appreciated the bellman!! Subsequent dealings with the front desk were not so great. Some staff didn’t seem interested or well-trained in customer service. The dining & bar experiences were top notch!! We were disappointed to see some of the outdoor spaces under-utilized & maintained.

The armchair was comfortable hotel did not have bell people but used security for luggage assistance ramps for using rolling luggage are outdated, inconvenient and not user friendly for older people luggage trolleys are small and need to be larger like other hotels it took 5 minutes to travel from the front lobby to our room the desk chair was uncomfortable and not ergonomic for sitting at the desk the elevator was not always air conditioned the hallways were not always air conditioned the lobby furniture was very uncomfortable with no back support, and the lobby was not a conducive place to spend time the workout room was so very far away and isolated and difficult to locate, staff were not very helpful with directions the elevator was broken on our check out date, so we had to use security and our own wits to travel down 3 floors to our vehicle with 11 pieces of luggage I would not recommend this property for individuals who have ambulation issues there is no business center or place to do some work housekeeping did not always come even after the front desk was notified and reassured us that they would be coming

Easily accessible to the Interstate Highway system and good amenities close to the hotel.

The staff went above and beyond my expectations. From the moment I checked in I felt welcomed. They made my stay unforgettable thank you Joy and Juanna for making my anniversary memorable.

They dont take my credit card and I wasnt aware until I got there. I already paid $217 and the staff couldn't help me at all. So I wasnt able to get into my room. I had to find another hotel so I stayed at the Hampton and I'm out $217.. they wouldn't even refund me.

room was comfortable elevators did not have the air conditioning working all of the time/ the walkways to the elevators were not air conditioned. No business center, seating in the reception area were very uncomfortable and no supportive. there must have been a reason why they were not used very much.

Conveniently located and beautiful. Spacious rooms, super comfortable beds and nice bathroom area.

Clean friendly staff Private pool party taking place during our stay but we were charged full price for our stay. We should’ve been discounted for non use of pool

I find it frustrating that I couldn't use the TV without entering my email and personal password. This system is inconvenient and unnecessary—sometimes I just want to enjoy regular TV or YouTube without obstacles.
