Beautiful and convenient. Would definitely stay there again. The breakfast was great too!

Wasp everywhere in the grass and humongous roaches literally humongous roaches everywhere outside luckily only two found in room... there was a provided best western plastic bag in room i put soiled clothes in to shake out at home to make sure no unwanted roaches made it back The staff was BEYOND helpful super nice people, they accommodated an error on my part by third-party booking i would definitely stay here again just due to customer service front desk 10/10

When we came to check in, there was line of six people at front desk, it was taking about 35-40 minutes to check in. When I got keys, went to room but both keys didn’t work, i came back to program new keys. Breakfast time from 7:00 to 9:00am, which is inconvenient for some people, especially when you arrive later at night. Papers holder was broken.

Everything was clean, parking and the pool were easy to access. The beds were a little squeaky and the room smallish, but overall we were comfortable and would return. Thank you!

The bathtub also wasn’t cleaned well, and the room had a noticeable cigarette smell that made the overall experience even less enjoyable. This wasn’t my first stay at this location. During my previous visit, the room was much cleaner, so I was disappointed by the difference this time around. I do want to give credit where it’s due—the front desk staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. My only issue was with the condition and cleanliness of the room. I hope housekeeping standards improve because the customer service deserves to be matched by a clean, well-maintained room.

Nice staff, replaced my card when I forgot it in the room lol. Shower was nice, bed was comfortable, AC was good, slept well here!

Hotel was clean affordable and what I expected for what it was. Breakfast could’ve been a little better with some more selection., but I did like that. There was some options available and included.

Place is very dated exterior.rooms are more modern. Good breakfast

Don't let the power go out in the middle of summer

The parking lot has many shady people hanging around and doing business. Check-in took a lot longer than usual. Breakfast options were very limited and there was no fruit, yogurt and limited seating.

Room was clean, very comfy bed. Def need to fix the doors as this door was so off line huge gap from handle to floor of about 3/4-1” wide. Not the best “tenants” some freak screaming about a sexual predator the first nite!! Need to actually clean the floors with a good LIQUID CLEANER like maybe SWIFFER!! cuz clean room floor shouldn’t make my towels brown if I walk on them on the floor!! Replace blinds that have worn out parts that light comes thru as well! Not bad for 2 notes but felt safer at the one in Roseville.

All in all, the photos and reviews I don't believe were a fair depiction of this hotel. I never would have chosen it.
