This is a very nice hotel to sleep in. Definitely a great location to see everything downtown has to offer. But the property is a bit dated and the rooms certainly look their age. All in all not bad for the location but definitely not the best if you're looking for a long-term stay.

Good location but parking with an SUV, large car or truck is a nightmare. Old and worn out but clean and breakfast was nice.

The proximity to the the Convention Center was excellent. The front desk staff was helpful when I reached out. The bed was very comfortable. There were little issues like cobwebs in the corners, but otherwise it was clean. It was a nice surprise to have both a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. I would definitely return.

Staff was terrible. Extremely unhelpful on several occasions. Breakfast not well supplied. Really bad attitude from front desk. He was too busy drinking his coffee and scrolling on his phone to be helpful.

The motel is very convenient to the Safe Convention Center. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. The TV screen had very wide margins that we weren’t able to adjust, and we couldn’t stream anything because the internet connection just wasn’t strong enough. It would be nice to have toast or bagels to go with breakfast. Still, overall this location met our needs and we would stay there next year for our annual conference.

I have a wheelchair so I really appreciated the elevator. I never went to the breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Parking was easy and plenty of empty spaces. No issues except figuring out how to turn on the shower. (Hint there is a ring under the faucet that you pull down)

Price Outdated, dirty, doors don’t even seal, walls dirty, doors dirty, very loud and old ac unit, didn’t feel safe.

The beds were OK, parking is free, location is good. Limited options for the breakfast.

Comfortable large beds, good breakfast included with cereal, yoghurt, boiled eggs, waffles. Close to bars and restaurants. Quiet. Pool is dreadful. Dirty, with broken sun loungers. Really not suitable for use. Although the motel rooms are clean. The whole place is in need of modernisation and at the very least a new coat of paint.

The experience started poorly when the man at the front desk was rude and dismissive. Unfortunately, things only got worse when I got to the room. The room was visibly dirty and in a state of disrepair. The furniture was heavily damaged, with chipped and broken laminate exposing the particleboard underneath. The carpet had multiple stains. The lampshades were torn and damaged, one lamp had a broken electrical outlet, and the curtains were stained. The entry door was covered in scuff marks, scratches, and gouges like it had been kicked in. There were also chips and damage on the walls throughout the room. Most concerning was what appeared to be blood spatter or other dark staining on the ceiling, which immediately raised questions about the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. The management could not have cared less when we tried to address the issues. This room clearly had not been properly maintained for quite some time. For the price charged, I expected a clean, safe, and well-kept room. Instead, I received a room that felt neglected and unsanitary. It’s the worst hotel I have ever experienced and would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

It was ok, not the worst but not the best... The bathroom light quit working.

Great location with convenient parking. Free breakfast. Rooms are comfortable. Be aware that the in room air conditioner units are extremely noisy. Good luck sleeping in the summer!

The property was perfectly comfortable and conveniently located. The staff was very helpful with any issues we had. For anyone who had issues with homeless people or trash collectors, the issues were not that bad. Coming from a large city, it was not a problem for me, but homeless people do congregate in the area and around the hotel grounds at times. If this bothers you, stay somewhere else. But for a budget stay, it’s not entirely unexpected.

N/A I was disappointed with my stay due to the poor cleanliness and condition of the room. There were dirty socks left behind from previous guests, spider webs on the walls, and the floors and walls appeared dirty. In addition, there was a crack/hole in the wall that was large enough to see outside, which made the room feel poorly maintained. Overall, the condition of the room did not meet my expectations for a hotel stay

The air conditioner allowed strange smelling air into the room. The lamp shades were in poor condition. The rest was adequate.

Breakfast was lackluster but the room was clean. Would only stay here again if I had to
