Quality Inn Sacramento Convention Center

This hotel was very clean, yet dated. The breakfast was adequate, the staff were friendly and the location was ideal for our needs.

Although the property was dated and needed some maintenance here and there (a fresh coat of paint outside and some spackle, furniture/cosmetic repair and paint in the room) it was extremely clean. The breakfast buffet was great and also very clean and fresh. The lobby staff and room clean service were excellent. Plus, you can't beat the rates for the location and convenience to the convention center.

Great for a bare-bones stay

I was underwhelmed, but the room was clean and adequate. I would stay here again.

The location was very convenient-- close to the capital and we didn't have to drive far to go to old town or the golden 1 center. Parking was free and we didn't have any problems or see any broken glass in the lot, so that was great. Staff was very polite and professional. The small pool is locked up after September 4th which seemed odd because it was still plenty warm enough for a swim during my stay in mid September. The breakfast was limited-- sugary instant oatmeal, cereal, waffles, kirkland pre-packaged hardboiled eggs, sugar free yogurt, juice, and coffee. The linens were clean, but there were several hairs in the bathroom. Also cracks in the ceiling, frayed carpet, and one missing tile under the sink. It was pretty loud from traffic, people walking by, and some weird sounds from the AC unit cycling on and off. I didn't sleep much until I remembered I had ear plugs in my bag. Then I slept fine. Overall, I felt safe, my car was safe, and the staff were friendly. For a quick two night weekend away, it was fine. I did notice staff were remodeling and painting two rooms on the other side of the building, so hopefully improvements are on the way!

good budget stay in downtown sacramento. place is clean and easy to access. there’s a bunch of dining options, all walkable. just wish Sacramento wasn’t so freaking hot.

Exceptional

The location was excellent as attended event at SAFE Convention Center. Close to a variety of restaurants and convenience stores also. Parked car and walked where we needed to go.

Super close to convention center and free parking Room didnt look to be fully cleaned. There was a dirty qtip in the trash can that wasnt fully emptied and hair on the pillows in the bed. It was also a bit noisy being so close to the street and my room was right above the parking so a lot of slamming car doors, door alarms, car lockong sounds at night

It was convenient for me because I was going to a wedding that was a block away, there was on site parking, which made it so much easier and the staff was great There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, it fit my needs, it’s basic but great for the price.

The hotel counter help (staff) forgot to give back my drivers license; I retrieved the next morning.
