Hotel staff were very welcoming from the beginning. I was able to check in a little early due to my room being ready. Great perk of having a pool as my kids enjoyed it. Love that they have a water filter machine. Only con is the hotel does not have a dedicated parking lot. So either you valet or park at the public garage that is right across the street from the hotel.

Everyone was very accommodating with those in our party with disabilities. Clean & comfortable. Loved the option of a grab & go breakfast vs breakfast buffet. Valet parking makes it effortless! I’d definitely stay there again!!

Great staff, and a newly updated hotel. Big fan of the water filling station in lieu of plastic water bottles, and loved the handheld showerhead option too.

Loved that the hotel was down town Sacramento. Beautiful hotel. The staff was excellent. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Location is very good. Valet parking is expensive but Sacramento is an old city and has not caught up with car travel.

Recently updated. Bed was comfy. Bring your own pillow if you don't like soft/pillows. Front desk brought me an extra (different: non-feather) pillow, which was bascially the same as all other 4 pillows already on the bed.
