Hyatt Regency Sacramento

I had an amazing stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed. I truly enjoyed my visit and will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Easy check in and out, very helpful staff, fun pool area with excellent service, and the steakhouse on-site is excellent!

The hotel downstairs looks very nice, but the rooms were very old and outdated. Our room smelled like mildew so badly we had to keep the bathroom door closed all night. We would have asked for another room, but it was late and we were exhausted. For the price I would have expected the room to be much nicer and better maintained.

Carolina on check in was excellent!

Not a very quiet place to stay. You could hear everything. We were trying to sleep on Saturday morning and the doors kept banging closed and housekeeping started at 8:00 vacuuming. We stay there because it it so accessible to the ball park. The small pool area was filled and there were no towels. Next time we will try the Embassy Suites which is closer to the ball park any way

GREAT accomdation

Great location across from the Capitol building & surrounding park and good restaurants, theater, and coffee shops easily walkable. Wanted to run in to gift shop in lobby at check out to grab water bottles for the drive home, but it was closed (be back later sign in the window). That should probably be avoided right at check in and checkout hours for the best customer service experience.

The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. The restaurant staff were among the hardest working people I’ve seen in a long time both servicing the inside restaurant and poolside needs. They were hustling. Service was with a smile, patience, and overall good cheer. A most stand-up department.

It is a little expensive. There is a nice park across the street. There homeless people who are in the park and on all the streets no matter where you walk.

Everything was wonderful. Clean, quiet, comfortable room, very friendly and helpful people. Beautiful park across the street.

The staff were exceptionally great! I arrived tired and the check-in process was smooth and what a difference it made to be greeted by a friendly, smiling face who on top of all offered me water. Those little things matter a lot.
