The staff were extremely accommodating and gave us an early check in, and a late checkout. This was a great location for our concert and walking to. The water front. Recommend 👍

Nice big room and staff was great. The bar and bartenders were great too.

We were surprised and upset that we couldn't actually use that amenity or space the final night because they were hosting a private conference event in that fireplace lounge. We would have appreciated another option or partial refund for lack of access to an amenity we specifically booked the hotel for.

Great option to stay in the heart of downtown Sac. Close to everything. Beds are comfortable.

Everything was fantastic. Stayed the night before my daughter’s wedding. Rented the suite and used it for 10 girls to get ready morning of the wedding. Worked out perfectly. Also rented the corner suite for my daughter and her fiancée. Super nice room

Very clean room and friendly, helpful staff

The staff were exceptional. The room was spacious, clean, and decorated in a modern style. The prices of the snacks and restaurant items were high, but I expect that at a hotel.

Most importantly, the room was very clean. However, the bed felt like a squishy canoe. We were glad there was an air conditioner but it was loud, especially when it kicked on and off. Food at the restaurant and bar is okay but not great. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful but, if you need any special consideration, you probably won't get it from management. At least, the manager was no help to us when we needed it. The location is well within walking distance of the capital buildings, the convention center, museums and restaurants but the surrounding area is filled with derelict buildings, dirty, and noisy. If you walk to Old Town or to the Crocker Art Museum, choose Capital Mall over L Street. It's a much nicer walk. There's pretty much no shopping nearby. Parking is easy but a bit costly. So, all-in-all, it worked for attending a conference but I would not choose to vacation there.

Excellent stay. The staff was amazing. Everything was clean and beautiful. It was warm enough to use the pool, but despite it being off-season, they still delivered our drinks. It was awesome. My favorite place to stay in Sacramento. Walking distance from lots of dining and a little bit of shopping. Beautiful tree museum park directly across the street.
