Beautiful hotel! Valet service was right on time!

But kind of inconvenient to load and unload luggage in my opinion. With kids, it's kind of dangerous in my opinion. There is no parking near by at all. Therefore, I decided get the $49 valet parking. It takes about 15 minutes to retrieve the vehicle, so make sure to text them ahead of time. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. However, certain amenities didn't work well. The fridge in our room didn't work. We called they staff, they came and fixed it. Was told that it will cool down in 10 minutes. Nope, didn't cool down a little, just a little in the next morning. So, we had to grab ice to ice our milk. Ice is only on the 8th floor. The tub plug did plug well, so couldn't make a bath for the baby unless we use a cloth to plug. For it being over $300 for a stand kings room, I expected everyone to work well. One of the little table stand was floppy as well, couldn't use it to set drinks on. But it is a beautiful hotel with friendly staffs.

Check-in was super fast & easy. The room was clean and the bed/pillows very comfortable. The location was great too - within walking distance to great restaurants. Highly recommend!

Rooftop lounge not public .

We did not get additional linen for a sofa bed. Requested it. It was delivered fast but the besheet had a whole and a towel was torn.

It's a beautiful building, the staff were wonderful. I loved the room, had an amazing view, and the bar was fantastic. I'll definitely be staying here again. You'll get some car/motorcycle noise from the street but that's anywhere downtown.

Wonderful hotel

Great hotel! Loved the cleanliness, room design and overall experience. Valet and parking are the only complaints. Valet takes about 20 mins or more to retrieve vehicle. Not fault of property, you are staying downtown, parking is hard everywhere and their garage doesn’t seem to be on site of hotel.

Charming hotel, great bar & restaurant. The location is not the safest or very clean.

The room was clean the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a great start to my day, thank you. My nightcap in the bar was the perfect end to my day.

Food was great as always!

Secondly, I asked for a wine key to uncork the wine that I brought, and they told me to walk down to the restaurant and have them do it. What kind of service is this? The room wasn’t exactly cheap. Very disappointing.

The property is dated. The bathroom appeared to have toothpaste splattered on the wallpaper. The staff were friendly and there was nice soap/shampoo.
