Front desk people were great. Good location. Cool Immortals coffee shop. Rooms nice clean, need a phone. I did not try wifi while there so cant answer this. I had no phone in my room to call front desk. Hot tub added in would make your place great. no pool, just hot tub.

Very clean property. Nice neighborhood. Walking distance to downtown.

The housekeeping was awful. There was a noticeable stain on the duvet cover and hair on top and in the sheets. Hair was also found in the shower stall. Troy was very helpful in immediately moving us to another room. That shower also had hair in it. I used the shower hand held and rinsed it out. The brown spider in the bathroom took me over. I spoke with Ryan at the desk and was told he refunded the stay. I have no confirmation or receipt of it. I will be calling them about it.

Properly is nice and clean very close by the downtown and the price is fair

Location: only a few blocks from the capitol, but priced fairly and with relatively little sign of property crime in the area. Staff: were overall friendly and helpful (except maybe the fella on checkout day, but whatever, everyone else was great). The room was clean and everything worked and I was able to get decent sleep without a lot of outside noise. Would definitely stay here again for work trips in the future.

The only minor downside was the shower design. I’m not a huge fan of the partial glass shower door (or lack of a full door), but that seems to be a common trend in newer hotels these days. We also experienced a fire alarm going off around 3:00 a.m., which was a bit unsettling, but aside from that, we had no issues during our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and truly the highlight of our visit. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is newly remodeled. The style is very hip boutique and it was great. They have a cool little cafe on site with indoor and outdoor seating as well. It's a great value! The neighborhood is not the best.

The staff was super kinda and helpful when I noted all these things. But they are some pretty big issues.

We had a great stay! This motel is very new, so felt clean and the bed was super comfortable. Immortal Cafe attached to the building was outstanding with great coffee and a wicked good breakfast sandwich I would recommend! The location is within walking distance to many other great restaurants and venues . This place is a motel, which I did not realize when I booked it, so be aware of that, as you can hear more outside noise from people walking by/streets etc. We stayed 4 nights and did not get room service once, but the 3rd night the elevator was down for a bit, so that could have been a factor?

Loud, smells like paint, cramped, fire alarm woke us up and we left asap
-
nice rooms great staff homless people, false fire alarm, dirty bed sheets, staff couldn’t offer anything to help

The location was good for the convention I was attending. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The lady who did my check in Wendy was extremely friendly and helpful. It was quiet and not much noise. There was only one ice machine and it was across the street. Not very convenient. My toilet was not cleaned properly. There was urine on the rim when we lifted up the toilet seat. So it made me think what else was not properly cleaned in our room.

Our room seemed brand new. Very clean and cozy, decor is adorable. Overall very pleased with the room and property. We were delayed checking in to our room but the staff were very polite and kind. It is a loud area at night though.. I’d avoid going out past 10pm. Lots of partiers, loud cars, police sirens etc and our door didn’t close completely but the AC helps hide the noise. Definitely needs more parking available. We had to park on the street. Otherwise this is a beautiful property and we enjoyed our stay.
-
Modern decoration and exceptional clean. The elevator was not working and our room was changed to street level. Making the stay feel like a motel rather than what I booked.

N/A no notes.

Nice remodel in a great location with good coffee nearby
