Ramada by Wyndham Sacramento

We switched rooms, but the new room was not much better but we delt with it. its 1pm and time to go and all of a sudden there is this non stop pounding on my door like someone was going to knock it down, I opened it and this man is standing there telling me that this room is not paid for. Excuse me? I had a reservation and the front desk switched me last night. dont know what you guys have going on around here but this is unacceptable. NEVER EVER WILL I STAY THERE OR ANY HOTEL AFFILIATED WITH IT!!! Also all of the buildings around this hotel were boarded up. Straight Ghetto

The lady had the reception desk was very nice and very helpful. Got to the room, there was only 2 shower towels. There were no hand towels, so I had to ask for those. Also, when we got to the hotel room, they gave us a little coffee machine. But they only had decaffeinated. They didn't have any regular coffee. But in the morning breakfast, we could have all the coffee we wanted. So workout, the price is very reasonable.And the staff is very nice

If you don't enjoy the never-ending smell of cigarettes on this so called "Non-Smoking" property/rooms, then this is not the place for you especially if you have children.

I'm never staying here again and will be attempting to get my money back. DO NOT STAY HERE.

They have security guard in place at nite, to make hotel guest feel safe, it is great! It would be nice to have worn chair & bathtub replaced.

The room was infested with flies, I really had a terrible experience.

It’s a great place to stay. It’s just a lot of activity around there, but since the rooms are inside is kind of safe, the AC is not controlled. It’s a high low in the shut off button on the wall. It didn’t work for my last night there, but they accommodated me with a fan and it was fixed within two hours

Room was not as expected. Several guests were questionable as far as personal safety. The greater hotel was not clean as a whole. Parking was fine. Would not stay here again.

The front staff female was very nice and helpful. Thank-you for being inclusive and accommodating a room that we needed for my disabled child.

The receptacle outlet in the bathroom was not working 😞 I informed the desk employee but the only thing she can offer me was to tell me the guy will be in around 10 am to try to fix it but that was to late for me so I ended up shaving in the laundry room where there was a working receptacle 😉 I had to improvise.....

This is the hottest hotel I’ve ever slept in. All of the air conditioners are turned off in the rooms so you have to run the air conditioner for hours before you even go to sleep. The hallways are boiling hot as well. The parking lot is atrocious and a sketchy place to park. In short, I believe this place is not for families or people looking to relax, but rather an in between space four people down on their luck and transients.

The room floor was dirty. The AC was not working and the button was broken. We asked the front desk but the receptionist said I am not responsible for this and we managed to get a fan for the night which was terribly hot. Overall the experience was the worst for the money we paid on the website.

This is not the first time I have tried to stay at a Ramada Wyndham. Absolutely horrible

It was dirty the rooms carpet and the hallways carpet dirty smelly some doors entrance looks were vandalized

When I was arriving on the sign out front it said "now open" that should have been a clue. Ramada and Wyndham have their name on this place, I have stayed at a lot of Ramada's and it has always been good with a good breakfast and clean. That's what my expectations are for a Ramada and booking.com both of which I will probably never use again. I passed up a Motel 6 to stay at this shit hole. There was no parking it was full, no restaurant, so I had to drive and lose the parking that we found previous, all of the doors were "emergency exit" posted so we had to walk all the way thru the front entrance every time way out of the way. Everything was dirty and broken Third World like. The air conditioner thermostat was glued together so you couldn't turn it on. We were on the 4th floor with all the homeless vouchers who were smoking weed and stinking up the whole place "non smoking". There were 20 to 30 unsupervised kids in the pool, the shower was barely putting out any water, the elevator is tiny so there is always a line to get on and off. When you are inside of this building everyone spoke English as a second language and were very difficult to understand, staff included.
