I returned to Sacramento again last month and I made it a special point to NOT stay at or near the location that you are asking me to comment on. I do not and will not ever recommend this hotel to any one.

Filthy shower with all kinds ds of hair and public hair in tub rusted fixtures. Only good thing was it was quiet

The bed. Breakfast was horrible. And when i asked if the pool was already closed for the winter the answer i got was " honestly I dont even know" it was said with a i dont care and your bothering me tone. I have worked front desk for alot of years and the service was unacceptable. This is the second time I've stayed here and it will be the last.

None of the amenities they offered online were available.

Clean room, good location. The pool looked very nice but was closed for us, even though the sign said that it was open until 9:00 pm. The breakfast was only acceptable - no milk or yogurt or fruit. The bin that was labelled "Cheerios" had some other kind of cereal in it. Some of the machines in the fitness center we broken and unusable.

This was our worst hotel experience. Requested an accessible room, made reservation online for specific room, called the hotel to make sure we'll have an accessible room. Got there at 10:50pm, was told by security to wait
