The location was convenient for my needs, although it was not in the most desirable part of town. The property needs some cleaning and upkeep, both inside and outside. There was an odd smell in the room that I could not identify. There was a balcony, but the door to the outside was sealed shut so there was no way to get fresh air. The room was clean, the TV worked well, there was hot water in the bathroom, and ice down the hall. The breakfast was minimal. The room was worth what I paid for it: no frills, but basic.

All the gym equipment doesn’t work expect 1 machine All the toasters were broken so you can’t cook a bagel TV was fuzzy on one side It’s OK to be old but if something is broken it should be replaced. Obviously the owners are looking to invest in maintenance so FYI expect to have issues.

If hot and want to keep a cool room not the place either. Feel safe NOT AT ALL. Was put in our room with a sliding door handle that was broken and did not lock. The bush below our scungie balcony was broken smashed like people have been in and out of the room from that door. This was 2nd floor. The phone was not a hotel room...it was a house phone. Hair in fridge...bangs and dings like some used it as a living g space. The good thing was the bed was made nicely. We changed rooms. 2nd room on 2nd floor, the slider did lock but the bushes looked the same...jumped in. With this room all the outlets except one would not hold our charges when plugged in...just fell out. The air Conditioners thermostat was super glued to 40 degrees, the fan level knob was broke off, It turned on with the air blowing(loud) stuck on high with very low warm air blowing out. Couldn't do anything about that so called working air cond. It was 100 outside so couldn't keep at a comfortable degree. Bathtub was scoured and scratched so badly. Gross hair in the shower curtain when I shook it. Breakfast was average and the bed was clean. Pool was clean. This hotel rents out rooms for people to stay long term. Security guard 24 7 who doesnt sit even near the 100 cameras they have behind front desk which is behind the front desk person. I suggest another Hotel. Hotel.com needs to take this dump off site.

We got there by midnight after calling and making sure it is ok to check in by midnight. When we got there, the reception had nobody. We had to wait for 12 minutes. The night guard was sitting by the door looking at me, not even trying to check if he can get the receptionist to come quicker. He was just flirting with a guy came in with a girl sitting on the couch. After I checked in, I asked for extra pillows and blankets. The receptionist said that someone will bring it to us. Sure enough, I got downstairs after waiting for 15 minutes, the guard was chatting with the receptionist. The guard came and took me to the laundry room, tried to fit some pillows with random cases, not even bed pillows. The bathtub was painted over, and the paint was pealing off. The food was not even enough although we weren’t too many at the breakfast time. It was not a pleasant experience overall.

The room itself was clean but the rest of the building was obviously run down. The A/C didn’t work very well and was loud and the shower was very run down.

I wouldnt stay here again

The bathroom needs to be redone. Bathtub floor has chipped paint. The rugs needs to be changed. It looks like something from the 1980s.

It's smells really old And another thing its cash only really inconvenient

The cleanliness was unacceptable. The room did not appear to have been properly cleaned, and the overall condition of the hotel did not meet even basic expectations. We seriously considered leaving and finding another hotel, but unfortunately everything in the area was fully booked, so we had no choice but to stay. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had, and I would definitely not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

We switched rooms, but the new room was not much better but we delt with it. its 1pm and time to go and all of a sudden there is this non stop pounding on my door like someone was going to knock it down, I opened it and this man is standing there telling me that this room is not paid for. Excuse me? I had a reservation and the front desk switched me last night. dont know what you guys have going on around here but this is unacceptable. NEVER EVER WILL I STAY THERE OR ANY HOTEL AFFILIATED WITH IT!!! Also all of the buildings around this hotel were boarded up. Straight Ghetto

The lady had the reception desk was very nice and very helpful. Got to the room, there was only 2 shower towels. There were no hand towels, so I had to ask for those. Also, when we got to the hotel room, they gave us a little coffee machine. But they only had decaffeinated. They didn't have any regular coffee. But in the morning breakfast, we could have all the coffee we wanted. So workout, the price is very reasonable. And the staff is very nice
