Found old sock under sink in bathroom and water pressure wasnt good to shower

Room was comfirtable and clean. The lounge was a plus. The electrical outlets in the bathroom in 209 did not work. Everything else was fine.

The elevator wasn't working and my room was on the 3rd floor. The walls in the rooms are thin and the people next door had their TV on loud all night. There was an adjoining door and the light from the next room shined into my room all night. The light on the room phone kept flashing red without any messages. Pillows were terrible. Old property needs some privacy updates. Not staying there again.

Front Desk Employees, Riley & Evelyn were wonderful!! My room was so comfortable, very clean & a pleasant experience. The Breakfast Buffet was very, very nice. It had the expected breakfast food which I feel satisfies most everyone. Plus, had items that would work for food sensitive guests. The Lounge Bartenders were great…friendly, engaging & mixed incredible drinks as well as the typical standards. I highly recommend this Hotel & will be staying there again.

Best Western Safford was disappointing. It’s remote, few good dining options nearby and trash both in the parking lot and piled in the areas around the ice machine. I would not stay at this property again and happy to move on.

Thevproperty was great. However, I had to request shampoo, conditioner, etc. No in the room and they ran out of most of the breakfast items an hour before breakfast ended. And there was noone there or at the front desk to ask for more. And I only saw someone at the front desk twice the entire time I was there.

They gave the room away and voided my reservation after my employee had already checked in. Then called him back to office and made him pay for the room because of their error.

The room was updated including new towels and sheets. The hallways were warm, but the rooms were cold. The room could be a tad cleaner, but was decent. Quiet, considering it was occupied by a lot of the miners that work nearby as they all get up a lot earlier than I did. Was only there 1 night for a work trip so it was ok. I would stay here again if the price went down. Definitely wasn't worth $166 a night.

Our original room’s ac wasn’t working. Staff was amazing at accommodating us and getting us to a similar room in the same location.
