The property is amazing and pretty well mantained cudos hospitality in every single staff member, lovely details and the breakfast was amazing. keep the good work. from some one who works in hospitality industry this place is a must. We are planing al ready in coming back!

The location is on a quiet street close to everything in the old city. The staff were wonderful and attentive to my needs as a celiac. We will return. We lived in a Victorian for years so we were used to all the nooks and crannies. Some people may not be used to this, but this what makes it so charming.

Beautiful Victorian design. Parking is a little tight but gets the job done. Walkable to downtown. Unless it rains like it did to us LOL. Breakfast was good. Our bathroom had a great shower but toilet and vanity made sitting on toilet difficult in The Grove room.

We had a wonderful experience. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. The rooms and decor was like stepping back in time. Loved the daily wine time and the breakfasts and cookies were amazing. Would definitely be back.

Great location, walking distance to attractions. Sasha, Sonya and Iris were welcoming and made us feel at home. Great breakfast!!

It’s beautiful and the staff are so friendly. The cookies are so good!! Don’t even get me started on those amazing 2 course breakfasts!! Oh wow! Christine in particular was very helpful. I should have been more careful when booking and booked a first floor room. Those stairs are steep!

I loved that it was oldy worldly. It had charm and character. If we ever decide to visit St. Augustine again we will definitely stay here. I couldn’t fault anything.

Amazing. Great atmosphere and the guest service is unbelievable. Wine hour homage cookies and the rooms were so clean and nice. Breakfast was so good

The room was advertised as a junior suite. It was NOT any type of suite. Only one very small room with no where to lay out luggage. The shower and sink area were open to the room and the shower was quite difficult to get into as it was in a large tub with a wide edge. The water closet was tiny. Very nice staff.
