Staff were amazing and the room was very nice. The coffee and Eggs Benedict we had for breakfast was very good!

There are some things you simply can't teach, and genuinely caring about people is one of them. Shawna doesn't just do her job—she truly cares about every guest who walks through the door. She had amazing recommendations (when I actually listened... 😂), and the way she treated everyone like family was something special to witness. It wasn't just the big things—it was all the little details that made this stay unforgettable. We laughed so hard I think we left with a six-pack from all the laughing! By the end of my trip, I honestly didn't want to leave. I'm incredibly thankful to have met Shawna. It's rare to meet someone who makes you feel so welcomed, not because they have to, but because that's genuinely who they are. Thank you for everything, Shawna. You made this trip one I'll never forget, and I can't wait to come back!

Location The room had nowhere to just sit and relax (#8). The grounds were not manicured making the property look run down and the breakfasts weren't anything special. Compared to others that I've been to, I was disappointed .

We had a wonderful stay at this bed and breakfast in St. Augustine! The location was perfect—an easy walk to downtown, making it convenient to enjoy all the shops, restaurants, and attractions. Shawna and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting St. Augustine!

My wife and I loved everybody since minute one! Everybody was so helpful, kind, respectful, and just very glad we were there. From the afternoon till the next morning’s wonderful breakfast….. 👍 I would book now before they fill up👍

The staff was friendly and very helpful, even offering to help with my heavy luggage since my room was up stairs. The breakfasts were tasty if not large. I will definitely stay here again if I return one day.

The property was in a prime location to walk to a lot of cite seeing. We bought tickets to the hop on hop off trolley. I would highly recommend that. This property is next to a couple of other Bed and Breakfast properties and there is free parking. My husband didn't love how old it was, and some things were mismatched. I believe that is the experience of a bed and breakfast. I will say that, the room I thought I booked on this app was not the room we stayed in. That was the only disappointing part. However that could have been a misunderstanding with the app and not the property.

We enjoyed being able to walk anywhere in town a short distance. Being able to take reset in our room when the sun was getting to hot. The WiFi was not working very well being in the back house.

Location was A+. Within walking distance (5 mins/quarter mile) to historic downtown St. Augustine. We barely had to drive at all once we were there! We stayed in late June, approaching the hottest time of year, and the A/C was on point! Nothing ruins a trip faster than a muggy hot room that you have trouble falling sleep in due to the temperature. Room stayed a comfortable 72 the entire weekend. Pretty much everything else. Firstly, the room was advertised as a room with a spa bath. Because a picture is worth a thousand words, I have included a picture of the spa bath. It looks like it hasn’t worked for some time. When brought up to the staff on Friday (we arrived on Thursday), they said someone would fix it on Monday - the day we check out. I assume this is not the first time this lie has been told. Secondly, the breakfast… left something to be desired. A few items appeared to be thawed from frozen and microwaved… the rest was “fine” at best. In addition to just being mediocre, breakfast was advertised as 8:30-9:30am and when I came in for breakfast on Monday before checkout at 8:50am, I was greeted with “oh, a straggler, I guess we can make one more”. I was so taken aback, that I actually asked to verify the breakfast time, because I would have actually felt guilty walking in 10 mins before breakfast ended if it was only until 9… but they confirmed they cook until 9:30. So either it was a bad joke or a miserable worker, either way it was off putting. Speaking of the staff, they were all quite chatty, and while that’s not a bad thing if they are giving advice for what to do around town, that was not the case. This was more “constant complaining” to the clientele about their lives. I learned in my 3 days there (without any prompting) that one employee was going through menopause, another was having relationship issues, and another (or maybe it was the same as the first… I wasn’t taking notes) lived 40 minutes away and had to wake up super early to get to work on time.

Location was amazing! The room we stayed in was so large, bed was very comfy! The Staff had to be hands down the best of all the Inns we have stayed! Parking was plenty and easy access. I can’t say there was anything we did not like.
