Nothing It was dirty. We had no wash clothes. The room as filthy. Smoke alarm removed and wires hanging from the ceiling

nothing the service is horrible the room smelled it was just an awful experience everything there are blood stains on the sheets the curtain wouldn't close the hot water in the shower was cold the staff was awful and very rude

Staff was nice at check in Very dirty .. beds were not made , trash wasn’t taken out , random trash items across the floor , splatter of some substance on walls

Rates were fairly cheap. Staff refused to help or so anything when we called about the air conditioner not working properly. It was very hot in the room.

Location and cleanliness First room wasn't smoking as requested, TV didn't work, second room the TV worked but the remote would only work intermittent. The night clerk was rude.

in the area of O'Fallon and St. Charles. I was able to visit other areas that interested in. The location first off. The cost was great. The highways were close and easy to get to.

The first room had not been cleaned, so we had to move to another room, it was not clean either, but we stayed. The place was very old and ill kept. This one shouldn’t even have a star rating!
