Super 8 by Wyndham St Charles

The room was clean and staff was great. Breakfast was pretty good.

Great staff and awesome housekeeping! 6 day stay with kids. Pool was nothing special but clean. Breakfast was the highlight for the kids. Could have better option but passed the no picky kid test.

Air conditioner didn't work the best and the pool wasn't unlocked at 9am when I went down to take a swim. Not very soundproof so bring earplugs. The breakfast had no protein options other than the sausage in the gravy. Halls smelled funny. The staff was nice. Check in was easy. The bed was comfortable.

The room was adequately furnished. It was clean. But showing some wear, i.e. small holes in walls, obvious paint patches. The breakfast was okay. There was no working bathroom fan. The bathroom door rubbed the jambs and made it harder to open and close. Staff was excellent and friendly. Air-conditioning was good. Room was quiet on the first floor. Overall a good stay.

This was exactly what I needed at a much more reasonable price that competing offers. An older property, but clean, comfortable, friendly competent staff. I felt safe. The breakfast was in line with what I really need and with scrambled eggs was more that "continental" per se. I will stay there again if I have the need. top notch! I also did not have a large "security" deposit added on to my bill.

Staff was amazing. Everyone I encountered was super nice. It's not a 5 star type hotel, but its more than worth the price. I've stayed at every similarly priced hotel in the area, and this one is far far better, in every way, than any of the others. Will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Everything was okay. Not the worse but carpets weren’t too clean and the “continental” breakfast didn’t have much to it. Some kind of meat and fruit would’ve been nice.

The room was exceptionally well maintained, clean and odor free. We would definitely come again. We reserved an executive king. It was relatively small but clearly acceptable. The bed was too soft for me and my wife but I'm sure some people would like it.

Overall a nice stay for the price. Only complaint would be one ice machine for 3 floors so it ran out in the morning. Close to I-70 but not much food options around.

The staff was very polite. Breakfast was ok. Someone was smoking marijuana in the building when we arrived for checkin. Every time we returned to the hotel there was someone in the parking lot smoking. The doors were very difficult to open, especially if you are handicapped.

You get what you pay.

The location was fine. If I was not familiar with the area, it might be a little more difficult. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was VERY clean. The breakfast was sufficient and fresh. There is very little to not like.

Clean room, no odors. Comfy bed. Minimal breakfast but who cares. Overall good value for a one night travel stay.

If you just need a cheap place to stay this is the place. It’s pretty run down but the staff were great and the beds were comfy.
