Intown Suites Extended Stay St. Louis Mo - St. Charles

If you are looking for a hotel go somewhere else. Everything is set up for people who live there so don't expect any extra soap because the travel sized bar offered at the start of your stay. You get two towels and one set of sheets you are expected to wash yourself. Not much hospitality for short stays. Not all rooms are renovated and a far cry from their advertised fully refurbished rooms. All around horrible for a weeks stay.

Hotel is in the process of a much needed update Great price point for long-term rental I felt safe and comfortable All the guests I encountered were pleasant

The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Missy. The room was very clean. No bugs!

I never stayed at this property because it was overbook and it took front dead hours to contact me to let me know they could accommodate me. I won’t be booking with this place ever They are lazy and and unprofessional

It was a peaceful week. First truly friendly staff we have encountered since coming back to St Louis/St Charles after many years. Thank you for a great week! The only thing that wasn't great was the basic room we chose. Next time we will definitely upgrade for not much more money at all!

My stay at this hotel was so very comfortable and just the right place for me during my 30 day stay. The staff was very helpful but not really needed much. I cannot make any suggestions for changes since it work so well for me.

Somewhat clean Bait & Switch tactic. Price goes up 100$ on the 2nd week.

Washers and stuff took apple pay It said it was renovated but it looked like a cover up with paint everywhere and didnt look like the picture online

There was nothing to like. Staff was very unprofessional. Race played an issue. Will never boom with that company again.

the overwhelming smell of marijuana , it was too much . it's legal but not everybody smokes it.

No breakfast, unless you make it your self. The price was the best part, very reasonable. Kitchen is very limited, room is very small (it is an extended stay hotel, you need some room). They only provide the first roll of toilet paper.

The amenities: laundry mat and having a full kitchen, they spray on a regular basis, have security up and out all night, treat you like family no matter how long you have been here! No complaints

My boyfriend and I stayed here while my divorce was being finalized and I found something else more permanent. The lady who checked me in was SUPER nice and very friendly. On cleaning day she had forgotten about us as she walked right into our room without knocking. This actually happened at least one more time with a completely different employee, and he did know I was in the room as he was sent SPECIFICALLY to come find me... to see if I was rebooking my room as I had planned. This made me EXTREMELY uncomfortable and wondered what happened when weren't on property. Other than that, it was extremely reasonable forb
