Best Western Plus The Charles Hotel

It was CLOSED when we arrived. No note on the door, no recorded message of closure when calling hotel number. Janitor came to door and said they were closed for renovations. Very irresponsible on part of the hotel!!!!!!!

Was very clean and new. Price was decent, but could always be better. Lady working was very friendly. Guy later on was kind of indifferent.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was very clean. The only thing I would recommend is upgrading the breakfast. The food wasn't very good at all. Other than that, I had a great stay. Thank you.

The water pressure from the shower head was very weak. The bathroom was smaller than expected and were cracks in the tub

Clean room, great breakfast, breakfast area is large, clean & nice variety of food. Mobile gas station available without having to get back on the road

Amazing experience great staff and nice room

They have roaches in the rooms. On the last two occasions. Giving them the benefit of the doubt this after the last time because I've stayed there without roach incident in the past.

The tub would not drain fast enough while showering. That was very upsetting and trumped anything that WAS pleasant in the stay.

The staff was great. The breakfast was what you expect from a $98 a night hotel. They had a workout room. The bed was not very comfortable though. All in all for the price i would stay there again.
