Embassy Suites by Hilton St. Louis St. Charles

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and I would recommend it to anybody. Great location easy to get to easy to get downtown easy.

I really appreciated the open area in the middle, and the helpfulness of the staff.

We did not have to drive to go to the elementary. There was only three elevators one did not work all weekend and had to wait forever in line to use the elevator cuz they were very slow. Our coach had to wait over an hour just to get in his room cuz the door would not unlock for him. Had to wait in line just to get bacon off of the bar because they had it over where they made the omelets they did not have it with all the rest of the food. The pool was supposed to be open at 6:00 we were going to use it before the tournament and it was closed due to issues.

Beautiful hotel. Well maintained. Breakfast could be better. Housekeeping did not come to room everyday and we needed fresh towels. One night, there was a big group in the center lobby and the noise was so loud till 2:00am or later. Was difficult for my kids to sleep and hotel staff didn't ask them to keep quieter. Other that I was very happy with the amenities, location, and cleanliness.

They breakfast was amazing and the rooms were awesome!

It is always clean, staff is nice, pool is great, rooms are very nice. Can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

Clean and a great breakfast!

This is an excellent hotel. Friendly and helpful staff (they got me a blanket and a box fan!). Breakfast was delicious, best hotel breakfast I've had in years. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Really nothing bad to say, but if I had to nitpick I'd say the hot tub could have been a bit warmer and the pool was pretty small. Highly recommended. Great location too, near downtown St. Charles, easy access to the Katy Trail.

Nice property though location is very busy traffic wise

We reserved a room for my daughter's surprise birthday party and it was amazing. The hotel is beautiful, the pool is fun and just overall good vibes. We had a great stay and my daughter is asking to reserve a room every year for her birthday. We had a great stay! Thank you!

I was a little disappointed that the coffee shop didn't open the entire time we were there (three days). Also, the elevators were gross. The glass had fingerprints and faceprints from the kids and the floors were sticky and no one cleaned it the entire time we were there. Other than that our stay was as expected.
