Perfect place to stay, for a fun weekend. The pool was amazing!

Had a wedding here and paid almost $400 for a room after the hotel fees on site just to have a room with no AC we called the front desk around 9:30 and it was after 11 when maintenance finally arrived by then the wife and baby were asleep so I wasn’t going to let him wake them up so we just dealt with it. We also rented a movie paused it went downstairs then came back and couldn’t watch it also be careful what room you book I booked a king suite and that is not what I got the place was clean and most of the staff were ok but they disappointed me with the service to fix the AC and they weee sold out of rooms to get a different one

Great, friendly staff. The rooms are clean and it is easy to park.

The smell was so bad, it made me sick. I had a terrible headache from it. It smelled like stale cigarettes. I will never star there again. So disappointed!!

Great room and staff

We only spent one night but the room was gorgeous the checking was easy and the employees were great. The food at the restaurants were also good and of course we did enjoy our time at the casino

A touch of Vegas in MO

Once reservation was restored, all was fine.

Everything was as promised and can’t wait to go back. Worth the drive and everything

housekeeping was hard to schedule. Very limited pool access; only adults from thurs to sundays and holidays . trash cans in the aminities were always full. Hard to get needs met from housekeeping .

Overall the Staff was rude and terrible the entire time I was their. The property is fine but for casino is mostly average. Also never heard of a casino not allowing people in who answer every question they have

When we went out to dinner the restaurant gave us a nice complimentary dessert. If my dinner can do that, I think the casino can afford it.
