The outdated Jacuzzi/shower was terrible. The lighting in the room not good

Location and it was very clean great staff

It looked like the shower walls haven’t been cleaned in a while. There was dried shampoo on the sides of the shower. Also they need to wash the comforters more often. They looked like they had dog hair all over them.

The only complaint I have is their Wi-Fi. Very poor connection and could hardly use my computer because there was terrible connections.

Worked for us as we completed riding Katy trail- close to historic St. Charles downtown.

Nothing Checked into the place and assigned 2 different rooms and neither was cleaned. Beer cans on the rude clerks counter and smell of marijuana throughout. Aweful

Stay away from this hotel. I booked online and paid online and was told there would be a 100 dollar charge on my card that would be refunded if there was no damage or smoking. I don’t smoke but the whole place smelled of smoke so how they would even but a hold on my card is ridiculous. I learned my lesson and will never book again I hope this helps someone else.

Room keys didn’t work at all; had to get them fixed every single return to the room. No vending machine on our floor even though it said there was. Lamp didn’t work in room

Lisa, who worked at the front desk was amazing. The other staff were nice. The pool was never in service when we were there the place does ad advertise to have a pool that’s the only complaint I have.

We booked in a pinch when our reserved hotel suddenly closed. It really was fine. It was clean and convenient. Got a great rate. Close to downtown St Charles and the casino.

Location Dated

The room had old furnishings but comfortable beds. The bathroom needed a total remodel (towel bar fell off the wall). No maid service in 4 days. The hot breakfast was small rolls, biscuits and gravy, very thick oatmeal, and waffles

clean and quiet

Terrible stay. No overhead lighting in the room. Shower did not have soap or shampoo. pieces of ceiling were falling off. Complete and total disaster of a hotel.

No mention of on going remodeling on website or in emails. Pool was full of boxes and old desks. Beds were super comfortable. Ice water machine was excellent. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was subpar.

The pool was not open nor was it even filled. I booked here because of the pool and we never had a chance to use it. The bathroom was not fully cleaned prior to our arrival. When the pool is open I would think this is a reasonable property for the money, without the pool I would book elsewhere.
