Baymont by Wyndham St. Charles

Clean and updated place. The staff was very friendly and curious. The only thing is I wish they had more breakfast items.

Everything Nothing

The beds were okay comfortable. The manager when we got there was very nice. The rooms were not the cleanest. The shower was kinda nasty. The bathroom vent was broken. Had a smell when we first got there. Breakfast was horrible. The coffee was nothing but coffee grounds. The manager that was on duty in the morning was cussing outside to a man that was not supposed to be on property and the whole hotel had to hear her we were on the 3rd floor we heard her.

easy highway access close to the venue front desk was great comfy beds all the bells and whistles

Good location from the highway that we were traveling. The staff was very friendly. The room was nice, very comfy beds and pillows. It was quiet. The included continental breakfast definitely was lacking in quality. Obviously I'm not expecting a 5-star restaurant, but the quality could be improved.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and noon check out. Need another trash can in the room and ice machines on each floor.

Good Everything good

Breakfast was good, beds were comfortable. Staff at front desk was so nice! There was a bad odor in the hallways, that smelled like sewer.

Loved it beds are soft as heck and the ladies at the front desk were so friendly and nice.

Would have like a shuttle service to Airlines

No ice makers had to go to the front desk for ice It was never disclosed that there were renovations going on. However, we never saw anyone working, just torn up areas with plastic makeshift walls, The bathroom was extremely small, no room to set your toiletries

outside the grass & weeds were grown up and hotel felt closed when we first got there Breakfast was ok, fresh fruit was not fresh, was thawed out & gross Bed was comfy and water was hot in the shower, overall clean except for the smell toilet was running, told the front desk, they ever fixed while we were there I understand when a hotel is being remoldeled there will be issues but this was kinda bad! mow the grass & pull the weeds, make the outside of hotel look like it is open for business

Very nice, convenient once you found it Extremely difficult to see; had to drive around several times before locating it. A visible sign from the road is needed

Hard to get to because no signage you can see from I70

Location was good. Bed was comfortable and the hotel and room were clean. Smelled musty in the room, but it's also summer time in the Midwest. Although there have been complaints of the musty smell in these reviews dating back to 2021. I figured it has probably been addressed. Nope. Overall, hotel was clean and comfortable and to me those are the most important.
