Property was super clean, very conveniently located next to great restaurants, and very quiet

Someone did smoke in the hotel and the alarm went off at 2 AM in the morning and woke everyone up and we had to run outside. Which in fact is a great safety issue.

Clean and friendly staff

Comfortable bed. Clean everywhere. Helpful staff and wonderful lobby full of amenities. Truly enjoyed our stay! Didn’t have time for breakfast due to our schedule, but it smelled amazing and others seemed to be enjoying it. Very open welcoming property and the surrounding area is full of restaurants in a very walkable plaza. Wish we would’ve had more time to enjoy the area!

The room was very clean. The parking was tight.

Zero air conditioning in the elevators and the hallways. Very uncomfortable.

Good location Bed and pillows were not comfortable..The breakfast selection/ quality was not good at all. Price for the room was too high for what you received in return. I have stayed at other hotels where all of the above was better including the price.

Great location, quiet. We arrived late and the gentleman working the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy parking, fun modern room and hotel. Good location. Not the most comfortable place, the walls and ceiling were very thin and you could hear everything everywhere. The person above us was super loud all night. And you could hear people walking in the hallway and closing doors non stop.

The main curtain did not work. It was stuck closed, and even after following the front desk’s instructions, we could not open it, so we were unable to see outside. The room had no proper nightstands with independent bedside lamps. This made it difficult for me to work at night without disturbing my wife, who was lying in bed. There was also only one chair in the room. The room also lacked practical surfaces. Instead, there was a very narrow, modern-looking piece of wood mounted on the wall, apparently intended as a long shelf for personal items, but it was not very useful. The shower design was confusing. It had two shower heads: one fixed to the wall and one handheld. I could not figure out how to operate them separately, so both ran at the same time, causing water to spill out and flood half the bathroom floor. Finally, the room amenities had an odd, gimmicky style. For example, the body lotion bottle said, “When life gives many lemons...” This may appeal to some guests, but to us, it reinforced the feeling that the hotel prioritized style over comfort and practicality. Overall, this was a rather negative experience and did not meet our expectations.

Come for a soccer tournament and was great

The amiability of the staff, an exceptional breakfast and a good location. The gym is okay although not all the apparatus were available. the front desk in the nightly shift, no really willing to help and sleeping in the office.

From the moment we checked in, we got first class service.

The facilities were great !

Super easy to get in and out of and right next to a Quick Trip so it was easy to fill up and get on the road the next morning. Breakfast was fresh and everything tasted great. Will definitely stay here again.

Tru Hotel Chain never disaapoints.This particular location was perfect. It was clean, very nice staff, safe environment and best of all, walking distance for everything. This area is a whole vibe. You never have to leave the area for good food, nice bar or nite life. I will definitely stay here again.
