Love the features of embassy Suites…. Breakfast is consistently good and great service. Bed was comfy and bathroom well supplied with toiletries and towels.

Clean room, quiet hotel, great staff, easy check in and check out.

First night fire alarm went off 7 or 8 times, with evacuation orders. They were initially followed by "disregard notices." Eventually they stopped giving the disregard notices, figuring everybody knew to ignore the evacuation orders of they were cut off in the middle. Sleep was horrible. I was sick the next day. Compensation was negligible.

First night the fire alarm went off every 30 minutes or hour from 10pm until to2:20 am. Freaked my kids out. Someone was pulling the alarm. Police called but said they couldn’t do anything unless they caught him in the act or saw security footage. Employees said only the manager had access to the footage. I assume the manager finally showed up, don’t know. Woke up with bug bites on my legs. Stayed the following night and the girl friend woke up with bug bites on her legs as well and I had more on my torso.

Somebody pulled the fire alarm multiple times pranking all of the guests and I had to leave because my sons were too traumatized by the blaring alarms to rest and sleep.

My room was spacious and comfortable, but a little outdated. The breakfast had many options and the staff was excellent! But over all the food was only okay, and at dinner the kitchen forgot to prepare the grilled chicken for my salad, so I was still waiting to eat while my friend was almost done with her meal. Also, the banquet staff was rude. Flat out rude. I paid extra for gluten free meals. I also had on my card no tomatoes. My salad had tomatoes and I asked to please have it replaced. It was returned to me after my table mates were done with theirs and it was lettuce. No cheese, olives, cucumbers. When my table was served the meal, I was skipped. Again, I sat and waited while my table mates ate. When it did come, after asking numerous times, it was the same as everyone elses meal. Chicken in a gravy sauce. When I asked if it was gluten free, the waiter was rude and told me of course, The next day at the Golden Scroll Banquet the same thing happened only this time the waitress told me it wasn't her job to take complaints. I paid extra for a meal that wasn't right and no different than anyone elses. Not acceptable when a person has dietary restrictions!!!!!!

Great properties friendly staff great food, clean rooms century located will recommend family and friends to stay at the Embassy suite

The hotel could use some updating. Almost all the chairs in the atrium/dining area had torn and ripped seats. The afternoon appetizers were a bowl of goldfish and some cheese cubes. Room service was not available. You had to go down and place your order and then either wait in your room for it with a huge surcharge added on or wait for it at the bar. No place on site to get lunch. Overall, it felt tired and in desperate need of an upgrade.

I really enjoyed my stay , I always come to this hotel and me and my family always have a relaxing time , the staff was friendly , the breakfast was good and the rooms were clean . The guy at the bar is always nice . We will certainly be back in the near future .

We stayed at this location several years ago and really liked it. Now the property is showing its age, the drink glasses have reduced in size (too small), breakfast not as good, and the couch in the room was stained! Can’t justify staying there again. Location is the only positive.

Sheila (the manager) went out of her way for my daughter's birthday celebration. We celebrated my daughter's 17th birthday here and Sheila called me days before check in to find out a little bit of info about my kid. When we checked in on the 22nd she had a birthday card with a giftcard in it and her favorite fast food meal fresh and waiting. She even had balloons in the room for her. It may not seem like much to some, but to us, it was everything! She made my kid feel important, and I can't thank her enough for that! Her room was great, my room has a small issue and they took care of it immediately. The omelet station with Breakfast was awesome. I think the only issue was the pool, my son wanted to swim so I took him and I guess they just put the chlorine in the pool and put way too much because you could see it in the water. The smell of it when you walked into the pool room was so overpowering it burned out eyes and nose (and I never got in). I dont need a pool to have a great stay. I would recommend this Embassy to everyone!

Very nice, clean property and well maintained. Breakfast was very nice.
-
Room was clean and very big with a HEPA filter. Pool are was pretty, but hot tub not working. Breakfast had good assortment of fresh fruit and eggs to order. Main areas could use more frequent housekeeping and updates.
-
Spacious rooms Little outdated
-
Breakfast was good for the whole family. The pool was great. We had booked the room, stating that there would be three adults and three children for two nights, but we did not have nearly enough towels, wash cloths etc. However, more towels were sent up in minutes.
-
Room was not as clean as I expected for the price and type of room for allergies. Several small issues with the room. Wellness suite purifier was not clean and several other small issues for the price of a wellness room.
