Everyone was nice. My toilet wouldnt flush initially but we fixed it. The breakfast was disappointing. Usually the breakfast is great which is why i picked this hotel and not the others around. We wanted a little get away for our anniversary so instead of going to Hollywood like we always do, we went there to save money and I regret it. We came down around 9am. No milk, the oatmeal was dry, and the man cooking the omelets looked annoyed. I love Embassy Suites but I'll never return to the location

I stayed in St Charles Missouri and Geneva was awesome she was at the front desk during check-in and she was great

Cory greeted me well before our check in time, allowed me to drop bags. I asked for some time to do work and needed WiFi, he said he couldn’t unless I was a Hilton honors member and helped me create. Also gave me a breakfast pass even thought we weren’t officially checked in. Very accommodating to our needs. Great stay! Would very much go back again!

Geneva is amazing!

We have stayed in this facility before when we were visiting our family. Unfortunately, the hot tub was closed, and there was too much chemical in the swimming pool - it was very irritating to our eyes and sinuses.

Decent stay. The breakfast is always wonderful. Alerted an employee that one of two coffee stations was completely empty of coffee and she got right after it! Pool and Hot tub were nice to use. The room next to us set out dirty dishes outside their door & they just stayed there for over 24 hours.🤔 It was all in all a decent stay, but I’ve stayed at “nicer” Embassy Suites.

We enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites. Really liked our room, it was clean and very spacious. The staff was friendly. We were not able to utilize the bar. but the mixed drinks were advertised as being only $4.00. Now the breakfast was nice and big but was not very tasty. We would stay there again.

The chairs to eat breakfast at were all torn and uncomfy. Also no one cleaning tables. Syrups all over them all

The staff, particularly Geneva and the floor manager for the breakfast buffet, were very fun and happy. Their love of their jobs made it a joy to stay here
