Hampton Inn & Suites St. Charles Old Town Area

Breakfast was good. Beds and rooms were comfortable. We stayed over 4th of July and felt like we were in a war zone. We were next to a tent fireworks pop up store and I guess people were buying and firing them up right then and there. The parking lot needs maintenance, lots of pot holes. Took a whole 10 min to find someone at the front desk to check in. Overall, does the job for comfort.

clean and quiet room,spacious-need to use longer shower curtin water gets on tile floor and somebody could slip and fall walking on it

Every Hampton Inn I stay at is always an exceptional experience and priced well.

All areas except the pool deck were very clean. The pool deck was not clean and looked like it had been ignored for a while

Had an incident in which the shower door in our room exploded. They staff got on to fix it immediately and were very helpful. Got us a different room within 15 minutes.

Room was clean,air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was decent.

Construction in the parking lot but overall would stay again! Great staff!

Staff that checked me in didn’t ask if I was an award member.. the night staff man was very helpful.. he came up to room and helped with AC !! Breakfast Sunday morning was a joke !!

The hotel was really clean and very well maintained. The staff were all so very helpful, friendly and kind.

For the 1st time ever I have to say the staff was horrible. I wanted to get a refund just because of the treatment with check in. The room was hot a/c didn’t work that well. Again another 1st for the Hampton Inn the beds were very uncomfortable and hard to rest in. I always choose The Hampton when we travel. However if you need lodging in St. Charles MO I wouldn’t consider this Hampton. This location shouldn’t have the name for their establishment. The breakfast was not appealing we decided to eat elsewhere. This is the 1st time ever I had to give this type of review. It was not worth 177 dollars. Hopefully someone will have a different experience at this particular location for The Hampton Inn.

Location and staff were excellent

Close to historic St. Charles' main street with food and shops as well as close to the airport.

I’m not happy about my rate. I ended up booking through a third-party site and would’ve saved significantly if I would’ve just booked through with the hotel directly. But that’s my fault. The bed in our room was extremely firm. I did not sleep well and felt my joints all over my body aching all night long and that is unusual for me. Others may enjoy the firm mattress. My kids enjoyed the breakfast. I went down later when it was busy, and a lot of items were already taken and likely not being replenished. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. The property was very clean and the staff was super friendly.

Location Breakfast and a little musty smell

I wish breakfast had more fresh fruit and pork sausage patties. Offer popcorn or nuts at night. Blond front desk staff not smiling. I ran out of body wash the first night. Was not filled. Did not have and extra roll of Toilet paper in the bathroom.

Friendly staff, clean room, bed felt amazing after a long day! Would definitely stay here again
