Pleasant helpful staff

A+++ The rooms are very clean. The staff is amazing and very helpful. Love the breakfast and the kickbacks. The kids really enjoyed theirselves in the pool and hot tub..Headed there tonight for another weekend!

The breakfast was great and also the evening dinner was very good. The amenities appeared to be excellent although because of meeting I didn't have time to enjoy

I rarely rate or review hotels I stay in, but this one is the exception. The property, including our room was very clean. The staff at this hotel all "work" at making your stay enjoyable. I can't say enough good about this place and I would encourage anyone looking for a somewhere to stay in the greater St Louis area to consider the Drury Plaza St. Charles.

Every member of the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The overall experience was great and it’s obvious they prioritize hiring and keeping high quality employees.

I was given the conference room suite. Staff claimed it was the last room, it was late and we didn’t want to look for another hotel. Reservation was made well in advance, so I don’t understand the logic behind this.

The staff here was fantastic! Pleasant and helpful every single one that I encountered. The rooms appear a bit dated, but were clean and beds and pillows were quite comfortable. They had a nice pool and hot tub which were both very clean. We didn't get to use the evening buffet, but the breakfast buffet was excellent! Great location near shops and restaurants and still very quiet. Ample parking and carts available. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in St. Charles!

Stayed here for a second time because we had such a great experience. The staff are excellent, location is great and convenient. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the late snacks and drinks!
