Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis St. Charles

I booked on-line and that always worries me, but they had my reservations and had the rooms next to each other. The ease of the check in was as easy as could be. The rooms were clean and tidy. The amenities were great and the parking was front row. I would highly recommend.

Nice and clean

The staff were great. The shower floor was so slick my granddaughter slipped hit her head and had to get stitchea.

Friendly staff and the happy hour free adult beverage was a welcome gift after a long day out on the soccer fields.

It was pouring down rain when I arrived to check in and the gentleman behind the desk offered to help me and give me an umbrella! I didn't get his name, but he was always pleasant when our paths crossed, all of the staff was friendly and always said hello with big smiles!

Location and ease of getting there. Walking distance to many places! Clean and the free breakfast and kickback at night! Elevator was broken so had to wait and take the steps 7 flights

Absolutely a pleasure to stay here. I've avoided the Drury because I thought it was a run down hotel line. Turns out I was very, very wrong. The evening snacks were full meals, the breakfast was amazing, staff were attentive, kind & helpful. The pool was clean & ready for use daily. I will from now on look to this line of hotels to stay at.

Great location! Breakfast and snacks were great.

The hotel is good. The elevator was slow and there was one working. The second one was broke. The mattresses were really soft and not easy to sleep on. The staff were super nice.

The property, staff, amenities, the dinner and breakfast buffets were amazing. I gave it a 4 star because they only had 1 elevator working on a weekend of the World Cup and major concert and also swapping out the rooms with new TVs. It was just alot of commotion.

The location was perfect with the restaurants and businesses located in the same plaza! The breakfast was excellent; very fresh and very delicious. Building was exceptionally clean. Loved the ease of parking with the underground garage, ample space with plenty of spots all near the entrance to the hotel. During our stay, one of the elevators had stopped working which caused massive wait times for the only remaining elevator. It was just unfortunate, but the hotel staff did very well informing everyone of the situation and helping everyone to navigate throughout the building.
