Nice room that was very clean. Nice hot shower in the morning. Just around the corner from the Casino or turn right and you are on Main Street St. Charles. Lots of shops restaurants and bars. The luggage racks need a good cleaning or replacement.

Great location to next door restaurant, quite a walk into the old town for other choices but lots of parking behind all buildings. Hotel was modern and comfortable, free parking. Only complaint was the swimming pool water was COLD for an indoor pool.

nice size free parking spots in the garage. Breakfast was slim. one morning just had sausage and eggs and waffles. next morning had biscuits and gravy and waffles. hotel was clean staffing was friendly. location was good. The cookies were delicious.

Location on Main Street was close to shopping and bike rental for our bike ride on the Katy Trail. My Friends and I had a great time! We shopped on Saturday, stayed one night at this hotel and rented bikes in the morning for a fun bike ride. The best part was that the hotel had a Noon check out so we were able to go back to the room to shower, change and make it to our 12:30 massages no problem! Parking lot was small.

Location was cute and not far from where we were going Sheets/comforters/towels stained. Tried to ask house keeper for a replacement bed spread and was met with sorry no English and they walked off however was fixed by front desk.

Staff was welcoming and very helpful with a situation that occurred with our booking!

We loved our stay! The room was very nice and had everything we needed. All was clean and staff very friendly. The location was ideal - right next to the Katy Trail and about a block to Main Street. And parking under the building was easy and made getting our luggage to the room very easy. The breakfast wasn't extensive, but what they had was good. I would absolutely stay again!

The property was clean and well appointed ! Easy access to the lovely downtown area.Special shout out to Sammie (head housekeeper) she was friendly , helpful she worked her butt off to make breakfast enjoyable for everyone and is an asset to the hotel !

Perfect location to stay when visiting my son at Lindenwood. Conveniently on the historic downtown, great to shop and eat. Staff very helpful. Will stay again!
