We enjoyed our stay near the old city streets and shops. Our hotel was by far the best in the St. Louis/St. Charles area. We had a wonderful breakfast and a swim in the pool! The room was big with a great view.

What a great stay it was at this hotel. Front desk guy was lovely. Location couldn’t be better. Very spacious room. Super comfortable bed. Everything was super clean and great breakfast.

Breakfast is always amazing ! The maintenance in the property could be better seems like the last few times we visited there was a problem with the air and our visits were pretty spread out to where the issue should have been fixed! But we like the location and the rooms are spacious and comfortable to fit our family. So as long as they are in business and the prices are reasonable we will continue to book here when we need to come into town.

Amazing hotel to stay in the historic downtown area. We loved it!
-
Nice location near historic area.
-
All staff were great. Location to walk to historic district was an easy walk. Partially by river front
-
Location was great, breakfast was wonderful quality, the staff was so nice and amazing! How the elevator was shut down 8am-5pm on the day of check-out. We had to load the vehicle up the night before (9pm) to make sure all of our heavy things could make it down from the 3rd floor. It was a HUGE inconvenience and then we had to check out at 7am to make sure the elevator was still working so I missed out on sleep. MAJOR inconvenience.

Location and staff the staff brought a fan to try and help with the heat from ac not working . Night shift worker loand us her charger and apologized about the ac so many times. Super nice women The ac was not working and was not good at all

The breakfast was very good. The staff were wonderful. They waited for us to finish before closing up. The AC did not keep our room cool. Thermostat said 67 but that was inaccurate. It was cooler in the hallway pr especially at main entrance. When I spoke to Travis he offered a fan and his suggestion was to keep the curtains closed. Mind you this was after 9pm or later. When it is warmer outside you expect to be comfortable inside. For the amount we pay to stay there we should be able to adjust the thermostat in our room. It is that way when we stay at Magnolia. Not having an exhaust fan in the bathroom is odd. The condensation is a bit much and the tile on the floor does get slippery. We make a point to come there for the location to all the shops and the cleanliness of the rooms and facility. I just feel that this trip did not check all the boxes like the trip we had there the end of Dec 2025.
-
Big comfortable room and the receptionist at the front desk.
-
Smelled musty and our mold allergies went crazy. The front desk staff ignored me for several minutes while he held a frivolous conversation.
-
I requested extra town and never got them, other than that it was a great hotel.
-
Location great for St Charles historic district and Katy Trail. A bit pricy and we only got the double beds; not a suite as expected (with couch)
-
Great breakfast and they had gluten free bagels and almond milk. I only have 4 stars because 7am lawn care is absurd. Already checking in late and being woke up at 7 by blowers right by the windows is unacceptable. And being told it is not up to them? It was on their property.
-
Room was clean and comfortable. The only issues were location of coffee pot and the refrigerator just about fell out of cabinet when door was opened.
