Loved the location

On this particular stay we were a bit taken aback by the odor of the pillows. Quite unpleasant. Also, fresh baked cookies were only out once for a very short time. The gentleman at the desk appeared to be new as he was unable to answer questions; what side of the hotel is our room on? Would you happen to have a complimentary pad of paper? He did give us three sheets of paper from the printer. Overall it was a nice stay just not as nice as we are accustomed to while staying at this hotel.

Ac was not cold and bathtub was dangerous and slippery

I stayed here for one night because I was too tired to make the drive back home, and I’m so glad I did. The check-in process was quick and easy, the staff was friendly, and my room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

Rooms were large Breakfast foods were not enough for the large groups staying at the hotel, no towel racks in bathrooms to place used towels. Very slow elevator for the number of people staying at the hotel. Limited place to place clothing when staying for 6 days

This was the second time we stayed. I was having outpatient surgery at St.Joseph and it was so easy to get there from where you were located. Everyone was so nice and respectful. And everything was so nice and clean and very quiet. I don't know of anything we didn't like.

I love this place. Quiet and clean and close to all the downtown places on Main. It’s a little expensive but I stay when I can.

Breakfast was average. Kids liked the waffles. Bed was comfortable Like the chair Room needs a place to put clothes when staying for a week. Bathroom did not have places to hang towels, wash cloths and hand towels when they are used. I do not need new towels ets everyday but I do need to have a place to hang them.

We have stayed here before. It has gotten worse and worse each time. BEWARE! AC was not working. Would not move us to another room. Offered fan only. We had to check out. They still tried to charge us the entire charge. This place has gone down hill badly over the last year. We had stayed here 3 time prior and will never stay again. They have change in management and the hotel is dirty and the manager said we could deal with the AC not working with a fan in 85-90 degree weather in the summer. Just not acceptable.

It was wonderful. Parking was easy, and every spot seemed close. The amenities were clean, and available. They also had everything we needed.

The rooms and staff were amazing!! The location can't be beat, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Everything was great!
