The ac did not work work well. And the bed was uncomfortable. So it made for a long hot miserable night.
-
Everything was great. Great weekend getaway especially if your going to a concert.
-
Check-in was easy. The hotel staff were polite. Room was wonderful. Very close to the concert venue. Great stay!
-
Staff was horrendous Dirty room, toilet barely flushed, fridge smelled like something died in it.
-
Loved the rooms and the casino
-
The bed was horrible the staff was rude to the bone even the manager! Came home had to take muscle relaxers for my back due to the bed! Everyone in the room was miserable due to the beds.

Clean

Property is better than nothing, Nothing special really. But considering it's STL, it's better than the Courtyard
-
Casino is great, rooms were a little aged, but clean and comfortable.

Good price

Overall stay was good. Housekeeping wasn’t bad but could have been better. Dirty along side furniture and corners underneath the desk. A stack of towels and a garbage bag was stacked on the desk along with an extra pillow but the dirty towels and trash was left. Everything else was good.

Old rundown just not kept up. Mind you I do love to go to Vegas and stay at high-end casinos, but given the nature of the amount of Indian gaming casinos they personally better up their game or let the Indians take it over and really make it a place worth going to.

Hotel was nice! The Manager and Check In person was exceptionally nice when I came to get my keys! Due to a Family emergency I was not able to stay in the room. The early morning clerk wasn't too friendly to my brother who returned the hotel keys and let the Clerk know what had happened. So that is why I gave you guys a Bad rating.

We stayed for 5 nights for a competition. Check in and front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. I know we are attached to a casino but the smoke smell hits you when you get to elevators. The main areas were pretty maintained; however corners and behind doors need attention. Our room was okay, but the bathroom needs a deep cleaning! Our sink has full mold in the caulk of the sink. Additionally, the vent fan has not been cleaned in a looong time. Also, behind doors and baseboards there was still a lot of dust which makes you wonder what else they have cut corners on. The bed was clean and comfortable but the duvet was stained. We were in the sunset tower and it wasn't that big of deal but our view was the break room for employees so we felt like we were invading their space if we wanted to look out the window. Also, because we were there so long, we thought our room would have had a full service when they did it. Not just make the bed and take out trash. The staff was friendly and very helpful and the amenities were nice overall. I feel like it just needs a really good deep cleaning. There was dust on the carpets in hallways that was not touched in 5 days.

Our stay across three rooms was mediocre at best. The beds were just okay. In one room, the bathroom wasn't clean and literally had Zyn pouches stuck to the shower ceiling. Service was entirely dependent on the day. Day one was great, but the next two days we had a very unhelpful woman at the front desk who made it a hassle just to fix our deactivated room keys. Also worth noting: there is no pool and zero activities if you are under 21. Fine for a quick casino trip, but don't expect a premium hotel experience.

We stayed 1 night and everything was fine.

Redone rooms are really nice, but it needs some sound dampening. All surfaces are hard except hallways and I heard noise from my neighbor snoring and also on phone calls. Sound dampening wall paper and panels may be a good idea.

The room was dirty. The tub had hair in it, the bathroom smelled bad, there were crumbs on the chair in the room and leftover room key cards on the table. We only stayed one night, so we made do, but for the price, it was a huge disappointment.
