Great location for attending concerts at nearby venues!! Also, the person who seemed like the manager the evening of Sun 10/4 (short blond hair and glasses) was super sweet in taking the time to give us clear walking directions to the Centene Center, making the trek a piece of cake! I appreciated her!

the hollywood and grind was terible, cold breakfast ordered a glass of milk and they gave me warm milk . would not recomend this place three people working and they werent busy. three thumbs down

Great location for staying after the concert. The conditioner was incredibly hard to get out of the dispenser.

Walking distance to Lambo

Clean and friendly We checked in on Friday. There were only 2 people working the desk with a line of 43 people trying to check in, taking an hour to get our room. It’s a Friday at check in time, which means the hotel needs to be fully staffed.

Bad

Everything was good with the property and staff. Toilet handle was broken and bathroom needed updated. It is the place to stay when going to the amphitheater as nothing is closed and the shuttle is excellent.

I liked that they had restaurants on the property. Liked that we could take the bus to the venue. Disliked how unclean my room was and how rundown the hotel seemed. Hate no having breakfest included for the prices we sent on hotel.

Great spot for going to concerts. Made it easily walkable from hotel to venue. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Casino and hotel both. Will definitely book here again.

I checked in my hotel and had to cancel my stay pulled sheets back and my room had bedbugs

the bed was very big and comfortable. the bathroom had no counter space or anywhere to put your personal care items, toothpaste, hairbrushes. Shower was not very good. Could not get the temperature where I wanted it. It was either to hot or cold.

The frig in my room made a loud noise all night, the tv remote didn’t work, there was a light on the desk we couldn’t figure out how to even turn on, the toilet handle kept sticking and had to get up to stop toilet from running. The smell of cigarette smoke in the casino was everywhere, poor ventilation. Migraine was had all next day due to it. It wasn’t a great experience for our first night there.

Very friendly staff My room the floors were gross looked like they did not sweep and mop stuff running down the wall behind the entry door went to get coffee and a maintenance guy can out of a room with a plunger dripping down the hall

Staff was helpful. Clean rooms. Very accommodating.

Shuttle for concert was amazing, check in staff was very friendly. Room was clean and roomy.
