Smell of fish in the hall outside room. Otherwise great.

Great day! Upgraded on arrival for $30 and had a suite.

Convenient stay for a concert. Staff was very welcoming at check in. Room was clean, small annoyances such as soap dispenser didn’t work and pillows were very tall (not my preference). Quiet on a Wednesday night.

The convenience store isnt so convenient when it is closed 3 days a week, the days I was there. Ive never ever seen a hotel casino store be closed 3 days a week. No room service..! How can you not have rooms service. Its a freaking hotel casino. It looks like they dont have the money to keep the place in better condition.

Check-in was very easy and the staff was very helpful.

The suite we stayed in was amazing; very clean and large. The proximity to the amphitheater and transportation there was close and easy.

This is a great spot when attending concerts at the amphitheater. Love the shuttles, easy in and easy out. The room itself was ok. Not one TV station would come in and these have got to be the tightest slots ever. The stench of smoke is overwhelming. It’s impossible to have fun playing and all food venues close early - no place to get a late night post-concert snack. The room outlets were off. They pulled right out of the furniture and USB wouldn’t stay plugged in. So for an overnight if you’re there for something else it’s good. Otherwise I’d likely go elsewhere.

The location was close to St. Louis music park and we could walk to the concert. The front desk staff was always super nice and accommodating The rooms weren’t clean. Dust everywhere, streak marks, stains on parts of the bed. I had a very rude encounter at the cafe where the worker gave me attitude after I asked if my chai was “dirty” she said “you didn’t order that” in a very rude tone. To which I said “actually I did” because know I did. Then she said she could put a shot of espresso in it in a rude tone and put it in there for me but didn’t apologize or anything.

If you are going to be spending time at the casino then the hotel is a much better location.

A/C is terrible unless you enjoy it warm. Cleaning is not best when we found a pair of someone else’s underwear and headphones in one of the drawers and someone else’s things left in refrigerator. Only good thing was the water pressure of the shower. But even then it’s a sliding barn door that does seal tight to wall so very little privacy and the door doesn’t lock. Had to listen to neighbors judge Judy all night as the walls seem paper thin. Would not recommend staying here.

We saw a concert at the amphitheater and spent the night there. Had late night pizza and cookies afterwards at the daiquiri place. Good experience.

Clean rooms comfortable bef Tv didn't work

Staff was excellent except for service in the Bogart Restaurant Over all condition of the facility very very DATED. Burned place in the blanket of 1018 was an indication of your quality level. No frig. MW or safe in the room does not compare ever with the lower-class hotels. Lack of decent eating facilities the first part of the week. Very poor service in Bogart's
