Hollywood Casino & Hotel St. Louis

Check in took forever and then when we got to the room, no blanket or pillow was in the room for the third person. When I called hospitality- they said I would have to back down and get it. We did. When we got back to the room to shower, no shampoo was in the dispenser. Called hospitality again- was told to come back to the front desk. Used body wash- will not be going back. Resultants were both closed on a Wednesday so had to travel 15 minutes to eat.

Being close to the concert Having to pay for a shuttle even though we paid to stay at the hotel. Typically the shuttles are free to guest. We live in St.Louis & only booked as to not be drinking and driving , but could’ve stayed somewhere cheaper also close by and just paid the parking fee. Wife said the lighting is bad in the bathroom for doing makeup ….too dark

The room was great. Only downside was the tv in the living room didn't work properly but that's not enough for me to take a star away. The room was clean, staff was very helpful and friendly. You have to use a key card to even work the elevator so you don't have to worry about some random person walking about. I'd highly recommend. Plenty of parking too

The employees were kind. The bartenders were nice. The checkin guy was awesome, Clifford. The room was nasty, dust everywhere and what looked like boogers on the wall. The air conditioning didn't work and it was hot in our room. We went to a concert and came back to eat but all of the restaurants were closed at 11 pm on a Saturday.

The Hollywood Hotel and Casino is a great place to stay !

Shuttle service to arena made transportation comfortable. Casino was very nice. Did NOT see on the website that shuttle service wasn't comped with the payment for the room. $40 for a couple to transport to concert wasn't a game changer; but we had NOT budgeted that into our trip. We already knew that we would be paying for meals, but that info was expressed on the website.

Stayed at the property for a concert. The shuttle service from the hotel to the venue was convenient. Casino was large and not very crowded for a Sunday night. Room was clean and functional. We would stay here for another concert/casino overnight.
