Larkspur Landing Extended Stay Suites St. Louis Riverport - Airport West

Everything was dirty and smelled.

The room was excellent.Staff were very curtious and helpful.Breakfast was lacking.Hard boiled eggs on ice, no meat selections.Plently of carbs.Left a few items in the room at checkout.Attempted to contact the hotel.No answer to phone or message attempts.

Full fridge, stove top, and dishes/basic cooking utensils included in the room. Great place to stay for a week or more around the St. Louis area. And it's only a 15 minute walk to Hollywood Casino Amphitheater, super convenient!

Our room was so very dusty. There were crumbs in the floor was someone before us, the dishes were in the dishwasher from before us - I don’t know if clean or dirty, not enough towels in the room, the ac in the living area kept you from dying of heat but that’s about it, the pool had a film on it one morning when we went to swim, and the parking area had very very few lights when parking. It is not somewhere we will stay again.

Staff

This place is a dump. Doesn’t even permanent signage on the building. None of the side/back doors lock, so hotel is completely open to the public. Locks on room doors are sketchy and unreliable. I had been checked in by someone before I had even arrived to the hotel and been charged the full amount. Signs say it’s a non-smoking facility but hallways are filled with cigarette smoke. People lined up in lawn chairs sitting outside of main entrances as though it’s their home. The entire building smells musty and is dark and dirty. Ceiling fan nearly in our room nearly swung out of its socket. No wash cloths. Closet slide door slide out of socket. Don’t bother with this place it is a disaster. It needs to torn down.

Solo traveller for 1 night is fine. This hotel needs lot of renovation and cleanliness.

The room wasn’t the cleanest, floors are sticky, a lot of dust, my, rooms were not ready at 4. They may have been short staffed. I had 2 rooms and the 2nd room took about 4 extra hours to be ready. Breakfast was good, few options. The breakfast attendant during the week is amazing, she’s super sweet and helpful. Pool and basketball court were great options for the kids. Asked for extra bedding before checking in and had to ask front desk for them because they were not in my room. Convenient location. Easy access to major highways. Felt safe there.

Nice for the price. The room was clean other than an odd chemical smell that never went away. Only stayed for one night after a concert. Def worth it.

Room was good. Clean. Large. But there was no shower curtain! Also was missing wash cloths.

A hidden gem, breakfast is superb, staff is friendly, pool was clean, loved the full kitchen as well. Overall a 10/10 experience couldn’t have asked for better

I've never seen so many dead bugs in one place in my life! Maybe, they recently had an exterminator in the building because I didn't see any live bugs. But they wouldn't have a problem if they actually cleaned the room. I pulled out the chair to sit down and there were potato chips on the seat. One of the chairs was so badly damaged it should have been thrown away. It's a shame, this looks like it would be nice with a little maintenance and cleaning. I won't be back to see.

Our room was just okay. There was heavily coated dust on one particular part of the wall. There were several big stains on the ottoman. Everything else seemed clean. I guess that would be my only complaint. The staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast variety was good.

It was very close to the Hollywood Casino Amphitheater and only took about 10 minutes to walk to. The room was spacious and the A/C was the best I’ve ever had. Some of the room’s furniture had some WILD stains on it, so those were avoided.

Enjoyed our stay with our 2 small dogs. Room was very clean and staff very helpful. The carpeting was outdated but for pet friendly that was fine. We will use this hotel anytime returning to the area.

Pool was closed. Ice machine in the fridge didn't work. The bathroom light or fan had a terrible buzz. Laundry sat outside rooms in the hall over 14 hrs. The staff was polite and breakfast was good.

There was a corn flake from another guest on an end table in our room. Obviously, it had not been wiped down. No hand towels, had to go ask for some. Wanted to swim at 8 am, door to pool area was locked. Breakfast was very disappointing, stale bread and nothing warm except coffee and oatmeal.
