Larkspur Landing Extended Stay Suites St. Louis Riverport - Airport West

The front desk staff were nice. No issues but the hallways floors where dirty, the elevator floors were dirty. Our room wasn't super clean. The bedding had light stains on it, not fresh stains but visible old stains. There were stains in the carpet. And some small things on walls, counter and curtains. I didn't even sleep under the covers but rather on top. It just gave the overall feeling of dirty. We didn't stay for breakfast so I can't speak on that.

Staff was excellent, rooms are clean, bed and bedding excellent and comfortable, hallways showing a little wear, breakfast choices could offer more variety. Overall the stay was nice for our concert trip

Location for concert was great. Needs to be updated, clean floors/carpets. Cleaner parking lot. LOCKED DOORS. It's to easy to get in without a card.

At least there was coffee.

Had a good stay and friendly staff

no

It was a great hotel! My only complaint is that the door to our room was SO hard to open and close. I mean I was literally using my whole body to push it open.

Great Location and nice rooms.

Hard to check in with kiosk, room was good and breakfast could have been better. Parking lot was filthy!

Free breakfast everything was clean nice and friendly

The room was surprisingly big. And I loved the ceiling fan. But the light in the bathroom was flickering and buzzing. I would absolutely stay here again.

Comfortable and spacious and clean

Elevator out of order. Unable to check in early after receiving an email offering it. Horrible smell in hotel rooms.

It’s always a nice stay when I book! This was the first stay where I felt the shower walls could have been cleaned better and the mirrors but overall it’s always a good stay and I typically book 2nights! I also had breakfast for the first time of one of the stays, it was very basic but can’t complain.

Nice area, very spacious Housekeeping service never came by, Need a thorough inspection of the rooms.

Good

Staff was welcoming and polite.

The mattresses need replaced like ASAP

Clean pool please. Diferent time

Elevators were broken, ice machines were broken, floors were overheated lack of AC, not many towels in the room or hand soap to use
