Larkspur Landing Extended Stay Suites St. Louis Riverport - Airport West

We were only there one night and didn’t get to experience the amenities. I loved that we could get a suite with two rooms and two bathrooms instead of two separate rooms.

Very dirty hotel!

I would not stay at this property again. Room was dirty and smelly.

Decent for the price and convenient location.

Room was cleaned overall until you walked into bathroom area. Go to turn on lights and there are boogers & black dirt marks on the wall & around light switch/faceplate. Mattress wasn't the most comfortable but not the worst either, sheets were clean! The entire facility needs repair everywhere from elevator bottons to broken office chairs in the rooms. They have a basketball court onsite.

The hotel overall was pretty decent. Their where some hiccups but nothing that couldn’t be easily fixed. Worst thing about the hotel is the breakfast. Not the hot breakfast advertised. Just a waffle maker, cereal and breads. Waffles taste pretty awful. But the room was clean. Spacious. No one complained about the dogs and their was ample space to let them run.

A pair of fake eyelashes in the shower. No soap in the shower.

I stayed for five days with friends. The staff were borderline rude some times. But some staff were amazing! They were constantly out of towels for the pool. However the room was clean and comfortable, the housekeeping staff were very nice and friendly.

For the upkeep of the property and the friendliness of the staff, the price is too much. It’s an okay place to stay, but pricey for what you get. A stench throughout the halls, the walls are all scarred up, the rooms aren’t terrible by any means, just aren’t up to the standard of that price in my opinion.

Went to breakfast and there was no coffee and not very clean. Not sure we would stay again for the price

Not dishes or glasses for use in the suite's kitchen Found 2 dishes and 2 glasses in dishwasher. Otherwise it was nice

The staff was really nice and welcoming, but the room itself could’ve used a little extra TLC. Weren’t there that long but still didn’t expect there to be dirty towels and unkempt carpet. The bed was really comfy though!

Two night stay for concerts that were in the area. Great service, friendly staff, no complaints.

Absolutely horrible - while the staff was accommodating and moved me into a different room the entire property was disgusting. A terrible, moldy smell throughout, bugs in the room, dog poop in the hallway for 2 days. Please DO NOT stay here - there are much better options in the area. Trust me - it will be well worth the extra $ to book elsewhere!

Front desk attendant was flat out RUDE to my sister and I because we booked through Hotels.com and the hotel did not get the bookings. Claimed we were lucky to have gotten a courtesy room from them! I questioned the price and showed her the email confirmation. She stated don’t want the room or not…. The hotel was nowhere near full and there was no need for her attitude. She was a middle aged African American woman with braids. I did get her name and was shocked by how she treated me.

Good for our needs, cleaning ok.

Negatives: We ran into a few issues and there was only one person on staff, so we had to make several trips to the front desk to collect items. First, our toilest was clogged when we first tried to use it and my husband was told he would have to come to the front desk for a plunger and plunge it himself because no maintenance was on staff. Then, we discovered that the air conditioner in the bedroom was not working. We were given a new room, but had to go to the front desk for keys. Next, we discovered there were no blankets or pillows for the fold out couch. We were told we would have to come to the front desk to get blankets and there were NO pillows! The staff member at this point was rude and seemed put out. I asked if we could go back to our previous room to get pillows and she did allow us to that, but again, we were left to do it ourselves and luckily still had the key cards. Overall, we were very disappointed in our stay.
