Extended Stay America Select Suites St Louis Earth City

Room still had a wet towel hanging on the bathroom door and piss on the floor around the toilet. Because of that, we will not stay here again. Parking was limited up front... back was dimly lit and didn't feel secure.

Hair on the sheets and what looked like bed bugs. Checked in the hotel at night, two men who worked there just stood over the lady checking me in which felt so creepy. Went towards my room and the door was already open and the same man was right there… who then clicked the elevator. I was uncomfortable.

Elevator not working with me having lung issues and my room on top floor. No breakfast no housekeeping had to do it myself only 1 towel for multiple night stay and 2 people

Pleasant

Room was not real clean, stove had food in the burners, one wall was partially unpainted., there were several bugs found in the room ….

Exceptional

Got two rooms spent damn near --- just to have bed bugs and not be refunded front desk was nice.. but I still feel like I should’ve got half my money back or something..

Room was very clean. The kitchen and appliances were clean. Air conditioner worked great 😃

I appreciate that the room had a purpose and that was to provide a place to sleep and rest and have a shower and change clothes for the road trip we were on. It did that for us. So I'm happy about that.

The room I was in had bedbugs and roaches and my friend got ate up by bedbugs and they shut the room down and they’re getting it handled, but I would like at least like a free night or my money back for some of it or something

I enjoyed the location. We was going to a concert at Hollywood casino and it was right beside that. The bathroom was a little dark and there was some mold around the shower head.

Front desk was nice they were very hospitable It was pest in the bathroom I want a discounted rate for that stay or refund

Smell in the hallway. Mold along the top of the shower stall.

Customer service was great! Location great! Smell in the hallway. Mold along the top of the shower stall.

There were cockroaches and it smelled horrible.

The location There were cockroaches and it smelled horrible.

Cheap price Stated had offered breakfast, no breakfast. No ice machine anywhere, have to leave and get a bag...which is a drive to just have ice! Paid for and reserved a suite, was given a room w.queen bed and not much else. No kleenex in room... Just sketchy

Y’all should put the pool bag in there I mean it’s cool being a smoking area but I think we should have the pool back that would make it really the best

Love the location Not enough space for parking
