It was clean,the associate Greg was extremely helpful. It was clean.It was good location. Nothing.

Bed was small and not comfortable

The bathroom fan was rusted and moldy. The chair which is pleather was all ripped on the seat arms and back. The chair was disgusting The first room they put us in was musty and a very bad odor. They did change our room. We have stayed for 4 years and never had a problem.

Another great stay. Staff friendly and quick on check in. Room was clean and everything I needed was available. It’s close to the concert venue. Easy to check out.

One washcloth A rusted nightstand Carpet was not vacuumed well or at all? My bare feet were filthy from the floor Coffee pot was crusted w hard water deposits A lot of the furniture was slightly damaged, chair was very worn, you sunk about a foot when you sat in it, and it was filthy

I am a single female travel nurse. Staying here is like Staying at home. Staff are caring and friendly, and the family friendly culture helps me feel safe. Love this place!

Wasn’t the worst hotel. But definitely could use a deeper clean. Seems like the housekeepers don’t the bare minimum. But front desk was awesome.

Everything about my stay was just perfection - and finding out the laundry room was free was just the cherry on top.

Everything from check in to check out was easy. I believe it was Greg at the desk and he is amazing. I was staying for a concert and the location is perfect. I will be staying again when I come back next month. When you walk in it smells good. The room was clean and no noise . It had everything I needed . Easy access to the interstate. A McDonald’s and gas station close by for food.

Immediately coming in to the room, it had an old smoke smell. The fabric on the chairs were black and looked dirty. I’m not sure if it was just this room because the reviews seemed great. Wouldn’t stay here again, though. Guy at the front desk was very nice and welcoming.

When my Technician showed up for his stay the bed was not clean and had previous guests hair on it, the bathroom shower had hair in it from previous guests. It wasnt until the second night that the room was cleaned.

Always like to stay here, staff is great, rooms are clean and quiet. Very comfortable furniture in the rooms. Nothing bad, always a good stay
