I was actually checked in at a competitor across the street and was so appalled at the conditions of their property(booked through another party) that I left and came to Sonesta. I was greeted quickly and taken care of and given a room just around the end from the reception desk. Room was clean and spacious(I’ve never received one any different) and the amenities were plentiful. Suffice to say I was comfortable and had a great nights rest! Should’ve booked THIS one FIRST!!!

This hotel was dirty, smelly and simply not kept up. There were a host of people loitering and the feeling generally was not safe. I will never stay in this hotel again.

When I reserve a room, I tend to pay greater attention to the reviews of other customers than hotel ratings. I’ve stayed in highly rated hotels that were terrible and 2-star hotels that were great. I chose this hotel because it was close to the venue where my kiddo had concert tix & because the customers rated it as excellent. In reality, the hotel was stunningly bad compared to the reviews it received. First off, it’s in dire need of updating. I can overlook things being a little worn as long as they’re clean. This hotel is not. It has carpeting which was worn and dirty. The a/c did not adequately cool the room despite the weather being moderate for the time of year. It was loud & rattled. When I adjusted the temp, there was hair and other particulate matter all in it and on it. There was some crusty crud down the floor lamp near the switch. The carpet had fuzz and string on it like it hadn’t been adequately vacuumed. I intended for the kids to sleep on the pull out, but when it was opened, it was just full of food crumbs and other crap. So I spent the night on the sofa and gave the kids the bed. Worst of all, the entire room smelled of cat pee. The one bright spot of the hotel was the front desk associate named Greg. He was wonderful. I normally go with the flow but this place was bad enough that i would have fought for a refund and gone elsewhere if I hadn’t arrived with a brutal migraine. Overall, just don’t book this place

Very respectful staff clean rooms and wonderful vibes

The front desk personnel was very friendly. He recognized us from before when we stayed at Sonesta plenty of times. He is very respectful too.

We were impressed by the cleanliness of outside property and the inside the building. Inside, walking to our room smelled wonderful and the air clean. Room was clean, roomy and bed was nice and comfortable to sleep. No complaints!! We will recommend to our family and friends!!

Front desk, Greg, was great. The chair in the room was dirty. The toilet seat was loose and slid back and forth. No hand towels or wash clothes to use. No toilet paper holder. It was broken off. Towel rack was missing. The cap on the lotion was broken. No caffeinated coffee only decaf. The cups for coffee were not in plastic just wide open. Needed some towels and ask a staff member and she told me to go into the laundry room amd get some. A worker was in there on his phone talking to someone and when I asked for towels he just pointed to where I should go to get them. Had to put a towel on a chair just to sit on one. So I will not be staying there again. Very sad.

The place is sort of outdated but the rooms are spacious enough and clean and they were good for our needs. The staff is nice and friendly, Liz was a huge help and very understanding as my reservation was not typical but she managed it without making me feel like a burden. The other 2 men I had interacted with were also very friendly and professional. I’d stay here again. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Greg, at the front desk, was delightful! The property has received some updates, but still feels dated. The room size was large and it was very clean--despite appearing drabby. The furniture was pretty worn and the ceiling had extensive water damage. I believe some residents are renting rooms long-term. The location was excellent for the ampitheater.

Greg was so nice and accommodating! Our room was great and the staff was so welcoming! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!

To be quite honest with you this place needs a lot of love and updates marijuana stains everywhere in a weird odor coming from the room very disappointed with my stay here, from the staff member arguing with me about me, not having a icemaker in my refrigerator to essentially having to beg for pots and pans this hotel has it all wrong. I had to buy an entire bag of ice because there is no ice machines in there to be found in this hotel… surely this place needs a lot of attention, there was rust all over anything that was once silver in this hotel the halls were very nice and clean and well-maintained.. This goes on the list of hotels. I will never stay in again.

Our room had a very bad leak from our ceiling, I guess from the room above us that was seeping through the ceiling in our room, but once I told staff they moved us. I thought a few of the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly and a few others that were rude and kind of pushy. I think I’d stay here again, decent sized bathrooms, the rooms were spacious, the property itself is nice enough, there is a parking garage that neighbors the side of the hotel that has some questionable characters in it after dark but other than that I felt safe here.

Staff very friendly and helpful, room was very clean. Greg was great making sure everything was great for my stay.

Upon arrival the fire alarm system was beeping with a trouble in their system. The front desk did not know how to silence. (Only made alarm in front area, luckily for those in the rooms). The front desk attendant did not know how to find our reservation, and I am pretty sure was under influence of something. In end, the front desk attendant could not figure out how to get the room assigned or make room keys and we left and went to another hotel. Expedia did great and refunded, and offered to help find us another hotel. Expedia was 5 stars, this hotel would get zero stars if that was an option. You know it’s bad when the staff has audible alarm, doesn’t know how to check out a room or find a reservation when we have the confirmation number, was in contact with hotel for late-check in, and still unable to do simple, basic, and necessary functions of a front desk attendant. Will not return to this hotel or chain after that experience.

Friendly front desk

The room was perfect for what we needed. There were some minor maintenance issues, but no biggy. It in a safe quiet area with a nearby McDonald's and gas station. The soap in the bathroom smells so good. The room was cozy and the staff was easy

It was clean and the staff was very friendly upon checkin. However, the tv kept losing signal so we left early instead of enjoying a relaxing morning before heading out. The elevator was a bit scary as well. It smelled like something burning and at one point there was a really loud bang before it took off. When I questioned something the staff members assisting me became very rude. I have stayed here in the past with no issues, but after this experience will not be back.
