The hotel was different than I that it'd be, I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff was awesome, location is superb. Having the kitchen was the best . Highly recommend this place ☺️

The toilet got stopped up the morning of my departure. The refrigerator ice maker did not work. Kitchen cabinet was broken.

Stay was great, room was great, staff was great!

Wasn’t very pleased with out stay. Alot of things were broken/stained and dirty in our room. The whole building had a bad smell to it! I would probably never go back

We actually left, felt unsafe with my daughter and unclean. Staff was incredibly nice.

Refrigerator was broken in room upon check-in. Told manager nothing ever happened. Check-in was slow.

The staff was amazing 10/10 very kind and helpful. The rooms are what they are for the price. They're clean, they will give you extra blankets if you need them, but the rooms are pretty worn down, but for the price again, decent clean rooms and having a full fridge and stove is also nice for a stay.

Wanted a bottled water - had to go to the service station around the corner.

Location, pet friendly, easy to navigate, easy entry with card after hours. Very polite people at the desk. The few stains on the curtains and coffee maker weren't cleaned

Everything was well maintained. Staff was nice, parking was easy. Everything in the room worked right.

Friendly and clean

Also the freezer had an ice maker, which is super convenient at midnight when I look like I've had the worst of days and would prefer to not walk around my hotel floor searching for an ice machine. There is also a gas station literally next door, which is great for midnight snacks on a whim. Would highly recommend, and will stay there again when I travel to the area.

The bad- minimal staff for housekeeping, minimal towel and washcloth allotment. Room smelled heavy of bleach and then some kind of chemical in air system. Hotel is tired and ran down. Would not stay here again.

Dated mini-kitchen

The staff is always friendly and helpful. This is where I suggest anyone to go as this is one of the safest places to stay while traveling to STL. It's clean, comfortable conveniently located where restaurants and stores are close. Not close enough to walk to but close as well as safe which is a major plus since I often travel alone.

depressing place to stay, dark and afraid to touch the dark brown carpet, worn and peeling furniture, had to change rooms 3 times, first cigarette smoke 2nd ac not working, no food nearby, charges for parking for no reason as it is in an industrial area with tons of space
