Very good

We used this hotel for convenience when attending concerts at the amphitheater, but will never stay here again.

Clean room and plenty of parking. Staff was average — not bad, not great. The on-site restaurant is okay but only open for short daytime hours. Still waiting on my $100 deposit more than a week later; it hasn't been released. Wouldn't stay again until that's sorted.

I have stayed here several times. Over time, especially within the last year and a half, the hotel is increasingly dirty; from the entrance, hallways leading to the elevator, the elevator itself is just nasty - unvacuumed floor, filthy elevator doors.

The facility was not up to par! There was trash and beer cans overflowing from the trash bins and all over the floor. Crumbs, dirt, and stains were also left on various floors as well as the carpet. When checking in, I could not quite locate the front desk attendant. He was actually on his phone sitting in one of the guest chairs off to the side. I could not tell if it was a hotel or a lounge. There were groups of guests outside in the front of the building with beers and loudly playing music on a speaker. This place was not a pleasant stay at all! Housekeeping did not clean the room at all! There is so much more I can say, and I’m honestly disappointed in this establishment.

It was a last second choice for a stop on our trip, but probably one of the better hotels we stayed at.
