It was a great stay for when my son needed surgery. Everyone was polite and very nice. The breakfast was excellent!
-
Clean room, helpful staff, and good breakfast!
-
Clean rooms and friendly staff. Rooms a little outdated and could use some fresh paint. Nice breakfast in the morning.
-
My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I liked how quiet it was.
-
Check in and out was easy. The room was clean. The hallways have a weird smell but the room didnt.

Went with my spouse for a concert. Nice place to sleep. Had a shuttle to get there and guy showed us a short cut to walk to get back after. Room was clean. Pillows were comfortable. Air conditioning with icy.

Would stay again. Enjoyed the breakfast. Wish breakfast had biscuits & gravy though. Turtles out back were fun. One elevator seemed out of date but functioning. Had to move rooms because the first room had blinds that didn't work properly. The new room had blinds that were raised/lowered manually by a chain and worked just fine.

I left a massage gun in the room after checking out, and they are claiming that it was not recovered. I couldn't get through to speak to anyone, and had to communicate through text. Texted with a guy named Michael C. He was absolutely no help whatsoever

We tended a concert & was only a few blocks away, it was perfect!
-
Quiet, clean, conveniently located. If you are attending a concert at the amphitheater, this is the place to stay!
-
Need to do some scrubbing on the bathrooms and wipe the furniture down after each guest. Sticky residue left on nightstands and the shower floor is black with mold along the walls of the bathtub walls. Only positive part is not a lot of noise heard from outside room.
-
Great place to stay. Comfortable beds
-
Other wise the staff was friendly, the environment comfortable. Walking distance to the amphitheater for concerts. They even had a shuttle to get us there, we only had to walk back.
-
Clean & good value!
-
Great location for concerts at the amphitheater.

Mold in room 312, front desk provided no help in getting a new room or refund.

We booked a suite months in advance for an event and wanted to use the pool. The day of check-in I saw that the pool was out of service online and called to ask the manager Michael about it. He then informed me that my room was not available later, he took that back and said there was just a mixup and it was partially under construction. When we arrived the staff at the front desk had no clue what I was talking about. When we entered the room It was so humid and reeked of chlorine. You would think we were staying in the indoor pool. There was mold on the AC unit and mystery splatter all over the curtains, a dirty hair tie on the nightstand and tissue paper shoved into one of the peep holes. I have never checked out of a hotel room so fast in my life. When we went to check out the manager Michael approached the desk, I told him about our phone call in the morning, he claimed “ it must’ve been AI and not him.” Then ge mumbled something under his breath to his staff, and proceeded to not acknowledge our presence anymore. I can’t say enough horrible things about this place. Do not stay here I would have rather slept in my car.

Beautiful Fountain with the turtles in the back ! Nice view!
-
The only good thing wad the parking. The first room is was given had not been cleaned from the previous guest. I actually thought i was walking in on someone.

We booked this property because of the outdoor pool and a queen suite. We got there and the outdoor pool was closed (broken) and the room we reserved was not available. I asked to cancel and they said since I booked through Expedia, I had to go through them. Because it wasn't 24 hours notice, I wasn't able to cancel and get a refund. Very frustrating!!
