The pool didn't work it was very bad for us

On a positive note, the views from our room were beautiful, and the property itself is gorgeous. It’s in a very safe, family-friendly area, which is one of the reasons we chose to stay here. Unfortunately, there were several issues that made the experience disappointing. During our three-night stay, our room was never serviced once. When we called to request fresh towels, we were told the hotel was “out of towels,” which was surprising and frustrating. The complimentary breakfast was also very mediocre, and we ended up eating elsewhere every morning. To top it off, the pool was closed for maintenance. Since the pool was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel, that was a major disappointment. Had this been a more budget-friendly hotel, these issues may not have bothered us as much. However, considering how much we paid for our stay, we expected a much better experience and ultimately left feeling disappointed.

Perfect location for what we had planned on this trip. Property was fine for our needs but is in need of some TLC. It is obviously suffering from low occupancy due to number of vacancies in the area office buildings.

The only thing I can say about the hotel was the staff was pleasant The swimming pool was out of order and it has been all summer long i had called twice that morning about the pool. Nobody had said anything about the pool. They had to switch me rooms because the room that they put me in. The bathroom was clogged and was not draining, so they had to give me a different room. The phone also did not work in the room. I was there for 2 days nobody came in there to clean the room. Take out the trash or give me extra towels. I had to go down to the desk to get them. And the breakfast was not very good

The staff was absolutely amazing! We made a reservation error through Expedia and both the General Manager (Michael) and Expedia were very accommodating in fixing our mistake. So grateful for their understanding and ability to work though it! We will look to stay here again if in the area.
-
Good hotel close to the venue. It is little dated but it was clean, beds were comfortable and had good standard hotel breakfast.
-
Room was run down. Dark and dingy hallways.
-
Room was not ready at check in time. Pool was not in use. No longer had shuttle ride back from concert venue. Very disappointed!
-
The pillows on the bed and covers were very comfortable and the air was set at a great temperature. Overall, the room was clean and made the stay very comfortable. Checking out was easy also. Free parking is always appreciated. Upon entering the building it had a dirty smell, we noticed this when we left also on the 1st floor. It did seem overpriced for the overall experience, but the location was important to us as we attended an event at the amphitheater.
-
There was a pretty big mishap with my debit card having two holds put on it for the entire weekend.
-
Clean room, close to amphitheater. Shuttle driver super friendly and went out of his way.
-
Had a suite reserved with 2 queen beds and it was unavailable they offered two seperate rooms or one with a king, there was just two of us so we took the one with the king, but they would not discout us.
-
Yes to clean room and parking was safe even though we had to walk back from concert. Well over a mile. No shuttle pick up. Ugh!!
-
Everything was great other than there was no shuttle back to the hotel after the concert! The amphitheater changed things
-
The bath tub would not drain & once filled with water it had black floaters
-
The hotel overall were decent accommodations however, the continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. Therefore, I would rank it a three out of five.
