Holiday Inn St. Louis Arpt West-Earth City by IHG

Staff were grouchy whole time. Multiple times a day I had to get my room key re-set because it kept not working. Two people walked into our room so they double booked our room. Lied to us about early check in times, 3 times. Said we can do late check out and then changed our key door locks again. Again, multiple times had to reset room keys. Not one apology from staff. Also noticed they had a customer complaint on speaker phone at the front desk with others standing around and they ask them for their card number in front of several people, disturbing.

It was great. Shuttle to casino, or amphitheater at the casino. Picked us up after concert also

We were VERY disappointed with the fact that we prepaid $30 for a breakfast package, but when we got to the breakfast area, it was closed. The sign stated that it was open until 10, that was a lie. We got there at 9:03 and all doors were locked. It’s very frustrating paying $30 for something and getting NOTHING.

Very nice customer service and was quick The floor in our bathroom had some place that to he repaired and the sink drain didn't have the stopper and was open so if you drop something it's going to suck getting it out

AC would only run for 2 min. When it turned on it was loud and squeaky like an old Ferris wheel. Staff said they’d fix it or move us but neither happened. Breakfast not included. Bed was very firm and the springs were loud as well

Quiet. Comfortable bed. Clean.

Staffed for concert at amphitheatre. Easy access, front desk was awesome. Clean rooms

There was hair in the shower, I was told there wasn’t shuttle parking when we arrived but when I booked it said there was, I was told i didn’t have to pay for parking then when I came in to show them my receipt for the uber (was told I’d be compensated) I was then told my car would’ve been towed if I left since I didn’t pay for parking (was told the evening before by staff I only had to pay after 8days of parking). Will never be returning to this facility.
