Was very accommodating

I had to clean a few things first, before we actually slept. The fitted sheet was inside out (small error but still), the sink faucet was leaking quite a lot, the toilet had a poo mark in it, the shower was SUPER slow to drain, and there were ants in the bathroom (toilet/shower room).. and the floors felt wet the entire time.. Also anytime the people above us used any water, it made very loud noises in our room… Hot Tub was out of commission during the time of our stay, and we had the jacuzzi in our room, but with the cleanliness of our room upon arrival, we weren’t willing to use it at all. The breakfast bar was sub par most days to be honest, the hashbowns were almost “raw” every day, milk was expired most days.

They said hot tub on the website and when checking in they had a note saying hot tub not working. That was the only thing bringing me there if not I would not have pay that price

I checked into the room it smelled like mold and mildew, to the front desk about changing the rooms and I was told there was nothing available, and all they gave me was a spray, dresser drawers wer we’re pulled open when I walked in. I shut them and they opened up by themselves. (It might be haunted.) The showerhead sprayed in every direction, even the out onto the floor bathroom door smelled like mold and mildew furniture inside the room was outdated and was pretty beat up

Great property! Would stay again. Hot tub was broken.

Easy access. Easy check in and easy check out.

Room was clean, needs bathroom updating, loud sink and shower. Room smelled like dog. Breakfast was okay, not well maintained. For a quick overnight stay was fine.

The room had ants in the bathroom The general manager was also rude and unprofessional I had a late check out and they didn’t honor it as well as said they never seen it

The location to I94 was good. Many food options close by. The check in staff was pleasant. There were many young men hanging around outside when we returned from dinner and it made us feel a bit uncomfortable. There was hair laying around the tub. The sink faucet was really hard to move and when I got it on it would spray all over. The coffee was very average and the breakfast was as well.

Poorly kept. Dirty at entries.

The rooms were not cleaned. The beds were broken, split and exposed insides. Dead moths in the rooms. Breakfast wasn't even breakfast. Cereal that was old and very stale. Potato's that weren't even cooked. Waffle was good. Hot tub was broken. Pool needed a huge cleaning. It was very murky!

Didnt like hot tub not useable

Booked room on way there. Was late at night. Got conformation from u saying everything good. Get there and no room. They said they let me know but they hadn't. The booking app ok but the hotel it self leaves much to desire

Coffee was cold and the hot water was cold in the morning.
