The person that checked me was able to accommodate me checking in early and also remembered me when I returned that night to ask how the wedding went that I had attended. That was great customer service. I feel the room looked outdated and there was no USB plug ins to charge my items.

We were not impressed.. Small room. A/C on the rear wall is 90⁰ to the king bed, that cool air blows on you in the bed! Only one kleenex box to bathroom. You can't blow your nose when in use. There 3 days, waste baskets were full in one day! No one came unrill we left. Fan in bath did not work! Had to hold down toilet flush handle to flush it all. They required $150 deposit in addition to a fully paid room. Staff was great. But no one showed up to empty waste baskets after I called, they said they would be right up. I gave an F to the cleaning staff.

The beds were comfy. And the pool was nice. It was expensive for what we got. The tv didnt have alot of channels. No information in the room about facilities, wifi, surrounding area. I had to look for paper plates and plasticware. Just thought for the price and a suite, those things should be provided. They gave us dish soap but nothing to even wipe the counters with and no dishes??

Clean, efficient staff, nice breakfast. Coffee 24/7!!! Pool gym lots of parking and easy access to restaurants. Really enjoyable stay. Building itself is a little dated that’s all.

The hotel is too old for the price and I didn't have a microwave in the room.
