The hotel smelled terrible. Door would shut unless you gave it a tug. Bed was very hard and very noisy.

It served it's purpose. A little pricey for me, but cheap for the area. 50 dollars for a pet fee was steep i felt.

Great location. Fair price.They have done a lot of updates but there is still work that needs to be done. Cheap breakfast, frozen omelets that had not thawed yet, frozen pancakes that needed to be microwaved in order to eat it.

Only thing it had going for it was the location. The halls smelled dirty, hot tub and sauna where not open like advertised. And On top oif everything we had bed bugs in our room.

Got charged twice, have been calling everyday for the last 4 days, everyday they tell me manager is not in and will be in the next day. So far every from I call when the manager is supposed to be there, is never there. Still have not received my credit nor been able to get it resolved.

The lobby bathrooms are dirty and smell bad, also overall the property was not clean and the bed sheets smell bad.

Very close to beach and clean rooms! Breakfast was great!

Beds are hard as a rock.

EZ walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Clean enough, A/C smelly, balcony slider did not lock. But we were 5 floors up. View of lake Michigan from room was nice. Could keep an eye on car in parking lot from room. Would stay again, location so convenient.

The rooms we got for the first night were very moist. Water was dripping from the ceiling in one of them. The stuff was helpful and moved us to dry nicer rooms. The sauna and hot tub didn’t work. Nice location, close to the beach and many good restaurants.

Like urine and it wasn’t clean at all the floors and the rest of the room were not clean

Location great with free parking! Otherwise similar to previous reviews: not very clean, our room was very humid/musty when we got there so took a while for it to be comfortable. One shower didn’t drain well and the other shower had no shelves or anywhere to store soap etc. TV was poor quality. Pool was great though and had noodles/toys available. Overall we did not spend much time in the room but those are fam’s takeaways.

Building needs some repair

I am not super picky and have stayed in low quality hotels before. My issue with this is the price for what you get.. all you are paying for is location. It is within walking distance to everything which is amazing. The hotel itself was run down. Room needed update/repair. The a/c was cold but the room was humid and every time someone smoked on balconies the smell came into your room and it was very humid. There was a stain on my comforter. Pool is open late which is nice but it was as cold as Lake Michigan. The breakfast was sketchy, people in there said milk was spoiled so we just turned around and left. That picture of the lobby is heavily photoshopped. Just when you walk in you’re like, oh lol. The positives are you are getting a great location, seems like nothing else this close is priced this “low”. Parking was always available. I just had a hard time with the condition of the building for the price.

We’ve been coming to this hotel for the past 25 years. It has changed owners in the past 25 years, but it is still very well maintained. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. It is centrally located and it is pet friendly and perfect for families. They offer a nice complementary breakfast. You can basically park your car in their lot and walk everywhere. It is the perfect location.

Very dirty, left after one night even though we paid for 2 nights. Not recommended.
