Overall, was nice but have stayed at other hotels that charged similar rates that were much nicer. Shower was a bit slippery and there were no hand rails.

Our fourth stay here and it never disappoints. Worth the splurge (more pricey than our usual hotel stays) for the amenities and elevated style. From the bathrobes and slippers in the rooms, to the s’mores at night around the fire pits, to the bottled water and fresh fruit in the workout room, to the beach cruisers you can borrow- it’s the little details that keep us coming back. Also appreciate the daily housekeeping, since we have kids. And don’t skip a spa treatment. The prices are reasonable and the staff is great. A wonderful place to relax. We were even upgraded to a room with the best view in the house, which made our visit even more wonderful.

I’m picky. This was a last minute booking for a girl’s mini trip. Room was so clean. Awesome to have 2 balconies. Staff was so friendly and helpful. My favorite staff member was Tom the shuttle driver! “Nobody gets left behind” he made sure we made it back safe from a fun night out!!

Negatives were very loud hearing/ac unit and the bathroom had one switch for both the light and fan. The fan was very very loud!

Great hotel close to major attractions yet exclusive. 2nd time staying here. Had an issue that was resolved quickly once we brought it to the staff’s attention. Front desk could be more courteous but overall a great experience. Food at the Tavern is delicious with fantastic service.

Room was beautiful. Remodeled since our last stay. Staff is great at this property. Poolside Tiki hut is a blast. Food and drinks are all excellent and the remodeled bar and restaurant is really nice!! We come here every year and will continue. 😀
