Room shower smelled like sewage. And mild dew on the shower walls.

The female front desk clerk was less than helpful with our situation. We were in from Memphis, Tennessee for a Cardinals game. We arrive a little early. It was raining profusely outside, and she could not get us into a room for early check-in yet I saw other guests coming in behind us that we’re checking in make that make sense.

Will stay again for the location and staff! The hotel was very loud. From kids screaming in the halls well past midnight to the stomping that was directly above our room.

From the wonder staff for breakfast/ outstanding by the way to the way the staff was super helpful when my elderly mother had a medical crisis and 911 had to be called, the staff was very patient and offered late check out if needed since we had to use the local hospital. That speaks numbers we weren't just guest in a hotel, but was treated like family in the situation and from being from out of town for a graduation it was super service overall!! Thanks

Room needed more light. Parking was crowded and close spaces were unavailable. Very limited food choices on dinner menu at onsite bar.
