Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel

This hotel does not offer free Wi-Fi nor does it offer a continental breakfast. Something to keep in my mind when traveling with a family. Nothing is complimentary here. Parking is absolutely dreadful and operated by a 3rd party company.

I liked the new look with the bar... this is a very nice hotel in all. parking

It took the maintenance crew 2 days to correct the closet door. We were told the didn't want to go in the room without us being there. We left the room giving them plenty of time to complete the task.

Clean, airport shuttle on time, grooby atmosphere.

Wonderful helpful staff especially Anyah and Joshua at the front desk. Appreciated the evening reception in the Library. And the free shuttle to the airport, big plus for biz traveller on a budget! Comfortable and clean room, if somewhat overstuffed with furniture. Hallway air conditioning a bit chill for me but adjustable in the room. A very pleasant stay overall.

Very nice hotel, conveniently located near the highway and airport. Room was clean, bed slept comfortably. I did not care for the pillows (too soft and flat) they did not sleep well in my opinion. I noticed my toilet ran a little. I did not care for the slope in the tub (fall risk). Otherwise the bathroom and shower was nice. Water pressure and temperature was good. Ice machine near the elevators. In room fridge. Complimentary bottles of water located in your room. Housekeeping staff are amazing. Check in and check out was a breeze. Beautiful hotel with great views. Very nice bar and on site restaurant with plenty of televisions for your entertainment enjoyment. Complimentary water in the lobby for your enjoyment. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay again.

Shuttle driver you the airport was fantastic!

The beds were ok. The lighting was bad in the room. It was horrible trying to pay for parking. The room was supposed to be handicapped accessible but it was only a tub shower combo. No bench just handles. Won't be staying there again.

Staff at the restaurant was friendly. Comfortable and clean room.

The hotel itself was nice. But breakfast and costs. I paid $64.50 for 2 nights of parking. Breakfast was $23 for one . When you add those costs onto the nightly cost it’s not worth it.
